Stayed one night at I-10 Kampground while passing through the area. The pool looked clean and seemed like it would be nice on a hot day, which was one of the positives of the stay. Unfortunately, several things made the experience less than ideal. The WiFi was extremely slow to almost nonexistent, which made it difficult to get anything done online. The bathrooms were locked during our stay, and the office closed before 4 PM with no staff visible on site, so it was hard to get assistance if needed. The campground seemed to function more like a long-term work camp than a typical overnight RV stop. There were quite a few older RVs that appeared to be permanent residents. We also noticed a lot of feral cats around the property, and several residents were driving through the campground pretty fast, which made it feel a bit unsafe for walking around. It worked for a quick overnight stop, but based on our experience we probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. read more

One of the worst campgrounds I've ever stayed in. Arriving at 9 PM bathroom five lock no one in it DIRTY AND ZERO TOILET PAPER. Tried calling earlier in the day to tell them I would be later and website makes it sound like a fun friendly place that they want to be here for you. Nobody answered the phone multiple times during business hours they close at five there's no Camp Host. Next morning office does not appear to be open. Still no toilet paper and it's 930. Only stay here if you have spare toilet paper or if you just need a place to sleep.or if you just need a place to sleep. read more

I've lived here for over a year and I love it!!! the pool is beautiful laundry room is accessible and the staff here are absolutely fantastic!!!! She knows everyone by name super friendly always lets us know when we have a package as soon as it's arrives she's amazing makes this place even more special!! read more

The place says there's a pool but it is never ever open. Bathrooms were nasty and laundry facilities has dozens of cats living in it. Dumpster are way over full so you have to throw your trash away on the ground. Go to Johnnys rv it's much nicer. read more

This was a just fine place for a stop over. We got in late and had a late start to our morning. I really appreciate that they were kind enough to let us stay beyond the 11am checkout time. I'd love to know for sure why they went with the K instead of the c in the word campground. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews on this place for no reason. Sure it has some long term residents so what!!! I stayed here for 6 months never once had an issue with anything. Stay to the concrete pads that are u far the large oaks and the place is great and so is the price! read more

Booking experience- 5 stars, good Sam discount and the woman was lovely over the phone. Spaces- 4 stars, large and nice trees all around. Bathrooms- 2 stars, not very well maintained. No soap in dispensers, no paper towels, older bathrooms. Neighbors- 1 star, noisy car and truck traffic in and out all night until at least midnight, really loud music coming from some of the cars. WiFi- free, but super low bandwidth could barely even check email. Upgrade for $4 for marginally better internet. Overall would not stay there again just based on the noise levels until so late. We only stayed briefly and had a long day of driving the next day so we wanted to sleep early (by 10pm... not really that early). read more

We arrived after hours and all the information we needed was in the email. B section is perfect for easy in and out. We didn't use any facilities. read more

My husband and I were heading westbound on Interstate 10, in Mobile, Alabama we became tired and we're looking for a place to stay for one or two nights. Our needs were very simple we wanted water, electric, and hopefully cable and Wi-Fi. A laundry room would also be nice, and some local places to eat. There is nothing fancy about the I-10 campground RV park, but they had everything that we wanted at a reasonable price. This is a Good Sam campground. This campground is speckled with huge Live Oak trees and has barbecue smokers, picnic tables, covered areas for picnics, and a beautiful inground pool. Some of the buildings appear a little rundown however they are functional. This campground has many long-term residents. Dogs are permitted. The manager, (I forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. He is at your disposal 24/7. We had trouble connecting to cable and he came right away and tried to help, however, for some reason, was unsuccessful. We had no trouble with any other utilities. This campground is less than 3 miles from shopping (including Walmart), restaurants, fast food restaurants, auto parts stores and gas stations. It is merely one exit away on I-10. We loved the convenience of this, but also relished it's distance from the campground. We enjoyed our stay here and upon our return trip, we spent another couple of days here. As previously stated, this is not a fancy RV park, but the slots are somewhat roomy and the "old south" atmosphere really captured our hearts. We've already had two separate stays here on our last trip, and I do know we will stay here again. read more

The spaces are good, bath houses are ok at best 1 shower is out of order 1 out of the 3, bring your own hand soap , hand towels to the bathrooms Good Sam post says tables at spaces there are any , anywhere. Looks like they are trying for cable but there is none. read more

I won't stay at this campground ever again! While check in was easy and the staff was friendly, the campground is more of a permanent trailer park style. When I checked in I was told my site was on a given row and I could pick any empty site (there was only 1 empty site). The site was really not level. I could never get my rig level even using leveling blocks stacked 4 high. I found 10-12 rusty nails on the site (hope I didn't get any in my tires). Tree limbs were hanging low throughout with absolute way to get around them. read more

The park has been totally renovated. I stayed here a year ago and had to turn around because I missed it. The staff is very nice. The streets are paved with concrete parking and new utilities. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I will be back. read more

I wouldnt stay here for more than one night, but since we were passing through it wasnt bad. Showers were clean enough. Called a few months ago to make a reservation eventually got ahold of someone (they never returned my voicemail). The gentleman said he wasnt at the office but took my info down. Called the week before we left to confirm and they had no record of the reservation. Luckily its not too busy so i was able to book again. read more
