Our reservation was for 12:15, but we weren't even let in until 12:35 because they "were not open". When we finally got in (there are 6 of us) we basically got ignored once we sat down. It wasn't until 30 minutes later we got our drinks and water. Basically the entire meal took forever and they didn't really "wait" on us. Basically it doesn't matter if you have a reservation or not, it will take forever and the food is fine but not amazing. Not really worth the visit

All beautifully served, plated and properly prepared, but disappointing beyond belief! From the 7 course menu only a few dishes were even enjoyable enough to be good. Most were sub par and a few were inedible, dessert being the biggest disappointment of all. I have no idea why the night we were there was such a train wreck, but be warned; there is something up at Le Jardin.

We were say promptly and received wonderful service. I got the chicken meatballs with a cheese sauce and gherkins that was a light lovely meal. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his crispy potatoes and sautéed mushroom salad (one of his favorite meals from the whole trip). I'd recommend anyone to dine here if they are in Giverny.

I stayed at the hotel at LA MUSARDIÈRE for two nights and also had dinner at their Restaurant one…read morenight. The hotel/restaurant is located steps from the Monet Gardens. It is a perfect location when visiting Giverny. The staff for the hotel and the restaurant were all VERY lovely and spoke English which was quite helpful. I believe the hotel is only 10 rooms. I stayed in the room called "Song Bird". It was a good size, had a renovated/modern bathroom, hard wood floors and a wall with lovely bird wallpaper. I could see birds and even cows from my window and woke to a rooster one morning at 6am. The early wake up was actually something I could not have experienced back home, so was welcomed. I am vegan and while there is no vegan options on the menu they were happy to accommodate me. The chef greeted me and asked if I had a preference or if he could surprise me. I asked for a surprise and he made me a traditional French three course meal that was vegan. The hotel and the restaurant are pricey compared to most places in the USA, but both delivered on all levels so well worth the cost. Both LA MUSARDIÈRE restaurant and hotel come highly recommended.

There was parking nearby which was staff. Staff were friendly. Our room was nice and even though there was no AC, they did provide a fan and the windows opened very wide so sleeping was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and we appreciated the hair dryer that was provided. Breakfast was included and was very nice. It included eggs bacon sausage pastries cereal etc. I would stay here again.
