This is our group's spot when we are in Paris for a European tour in the summer. I've stayed here…read more5 times, for 3 nights each time, so I have a pretty good idea of how it operates. First of all, let me tell you that the place is exactly the same as it was 10 years ago. Kind of strange in that regard, actually. The elevators are tricky and the wifi is terrible. It kind of feels like you're staying in a spot from the late-90's. It might be different if I weren't there as part of a group, but the wifi wouldn't change. We only give the login info to 40 or 50 people and in a hotel this size, that shouldn't be a problem. There is a small bar that has high prices and good service, I suppose that's a positive. Location is also a positive if you are looking for a spot near the highway. If you are looking for anything else in the town, forget about it.

Do NOT book this place if you're going to Disneyland…read more The website says they have a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland - total load of bull. You have to pre-arrange the shuttle, there isn't one that frequents the park, and you can't book it until after you've checked in. We went to Disneyland first and ended up stranded at the park. 60 euros of taxi fare got us to the hotel. We arranged the shuttle for the next day but they insisted we have to go round trip, even though we didn't want to go back to the hotel. The shuttle only runs each hour and not at all hours. And then it was super late from the time we scheduled it due to "mechanical issues". The room itself was ok. If you're just looking for a nice cost-effective hotel to stay at in this area, that's fine. I'd say this place had its day a few decades ago.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the Disney Resort, look no further. This…read morehotel is a standard ibis hotel, with comfy beds, walk in shower and a decent sized tv. This hotel is situated right next to the RER station so access back to Paris City centre and access to Disney (1 stop away) is so easy. The hotel serves and buffet style breakfast for less than €10. I didn't personally try it, but it looked like a standard hotel type breakfast. My friend lost her mobile phone either in Disney or on the RER and the staff in the hotel were nice enough to write a brief note in French so that she could easily ask staff at Disney and the RER if it had been found. Very helpful considering our French language skills are basic. The only complaint would be that the air con didn't have enough power so it took quite some time for the room to cool down.

This is a Ibis hotel used allot by visitors of Disneyland resort Paris,…read more if possible ask for rooms 103 or 203, these are the largest rooms in the hotel.. All the other rooms are very small and it's not easy to maneuver in the bathrooms... We had a child with us, and they told us only the little rooms were adequate for 3 persons due to safety precautions.. But it's almost impossible to move in these rooms with 3 and an extra bed.. This should be changed since the people going to Disney are often in the company of children. The staff of the hotel doesn't speak English very well.. They need often to get the help from the restaurant manager. She's very helpful (and pretty). It's about a 15min drive to the resort. And it's located at an industrial park, there are some restaurants nearby but that's all.

We chose this hotel because it is halfway between downtown Paris and Eurodisney by train, about 25…read moreminutes. The hotel is in an interesting part of Paris, it is a bit sketchy and is relatively safe during the day. I would not recommend venturing out at night and make sure you know which station exit to use if you come back after 10 pm since the exit through the shopping mall closes after then and the other exit from that side of the station is extremely sketchy at night. The hotel should probably do a better job of explaining this when you check in since many people are going to be coming later in the evening from Disneyland or Paris. The underground parking is a bit difficult to get in, but that is also pretty standard for any parking in France, one thing that made getting into the parking structure difficult was that there was a car parked on the ramp, which is tight, slopped and curvy. The hotel should monitor this a little better. Parking is not free. The staff here is very friendly, we ate in the restaurant for a couple of dinners and breakfasts and that was pretty good and kids eat free. Our room was nice although a bit dated, it could use a refresh. Overall this was a good choice for us, very kid friendly and convenient for both Paris and Disney, even though the area seems very bad after 10pm.

Guests should feel welcome and comfortable, right?…read more In comparison to the prices of other Paris hotels we didn't break the bank paying for this hotel. It was cheaper than others but of course it was on the outskirts of Paris, in a place called Noisy Le Grand. Having arrived at the metro, we were welcomed by a nice modern looking shopping centre which had to be passed through to get outside. Outside was a little different, the place looked a tad bit dilapidated but thankfully our hotel was literally connected to the shopping centre. Hotel bedroom was nice, bathroom was okay and had most essentials. I suppose what really annoyed me/us about this hotel was the rude staff. One evening I had a receptionist shake his finger in my face whilst shouting at me telling me I was careless as I accidentally hit my shopping bag against the door upon entry...yes this is true...door was totally fine by the way. To add to this, before he opened the door he looked at his watch while rolling his eyes, even though it was only 11:30 pm. Obviously I expressed my disliking to his lack of professionalism. Another thing, do not disturb signs are not always honoured, with staff knocking on your door asking if you'd like our room cleaned (eh hello, sign on door) and phone calls waking you up in the morning asking you the same question. Bins not always changed also and coffee/tea/cups rarely replaced. Construction work in nearby rooms was also a delight in the morning, waking up with a nice ringing in our ears from the drill. Elevators often broke down and you were left to walk down an emergency stairs which led you out the back side of the building. Also, receptionist looked very confused and couldn't help us when we asked for some toothpaste (we forgot ours), even though it is written in the bathroom that if a guest forgets any toiletry the hotel will supply them free of charge....yep. Overall, the rooms are nice and price is okay. Hotel is far from Paris but a metro is in close proximity. It was really the rude, poorly trained staff and noise that didn't do it for us. We felt as if we were charity cases in the hotel.
