It is about 40km from Orly Airport which costed us about €50-60 by taxi, so from a location point of view, I would say only stay here if you have a car or decide to rent one as there is no public transport links. The hotel is off a highway, although there is a nearby industrial estate with shops and a few restaurants around the area, but it's pretty far out from Paris city.
The hotel itself is basic. The rooms are small and as far as toiletries go, there is just a dispenser with a liquid that serves as a soap, shampoo and conditioner all in one. There is also only one bin in the bathroom and a small TV. The hotel was not noisy or anything, however we visited off-peak so there were not too many guests staying. The good thing was that the room was clean and had a heater, and the shower was strong and hot; three things that I see as minimum requirements when looking for a hotel, in addition to 24 hour check in and free Wifi which were also provided. The Wifi however, is on the slow side, so it's not great for uploading photos online or anything.
The breakfast costs about €6 per person and is very basic; bread, corn flakes, yoghurt, coffee, juice, cheese and ham. There are no fruits or hot foods, but there is a Lidl just opposite the hotel which is open until 8pm.
The staff were friendly enough and spoke English, which was something I was initially worried about.
Overall: Cheap and no frills with just the bare essentials.
