Cleanliness: 4/5 - For the most part things were fairly clean and tidy. There were some dried blood stains on the bed sheets though for our first night. Service: 3/5 - Standard service. "Not in the Old Town, but who cares..." If you ever are up near the teaching hospital for an unexpected vacation, as I found myself this month; while on a Rhine tour encountering a family medical emergency and needing the services of a local hospital. This hotel is within a 10-min walking distance from the front entrance of the Hospital of the Univ. of Strasbroug. The hotel in my opinion should be a 5-star. It has a decent breakfast for 13 Euro and rates are moderately prices in the 100 Euro range. Rooms are spacious by European standards and the bathrooms are magnificent, Modern and comfortable ... a tram ride down town to the historic district is necessary. read more
