I was there to try on dresses for the first time ever, plus I had flown in from Florida (where I live), plus it was my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary, so there was quite a bit of emotion and pressure on the day and she navigated it very well. At one point I loved one dress and all the members of my party loved another and she was really good about helping us sort through all that & figure out what would work best for me. One thing I would say is other bridal stores did offer to ship my dress to me in Florida, where the Wedding Tree needs mine picked up by someone (my sister) and then she has to ship it to me. Not the worst thing but the confidence of knowing whoever is shipping it to me knows how to professionally pack and ship a dress would have been better to ease my mind.
