Shana is more than a life saver, she's also a business saver!…read more When I first contacted Shana, I was running a small business in California that desperately needed leadership coaching. I had started my company when I was 27 and had little to no leadership experience. We were successful but I felt that we could have done a lot better if we all were able to communicate better and support each other more. Now, I run a food business, in CT. Again, we are growing at a rapid rate and it's important to build our business with strong leadership and open communication. Shana was the first person I turned to when I realized that we needed a coach again. Over the course of a couple months, she's helped my business partner and I understand each other and how we perceive issues and communicate. We also understand our different skills and are learning to incorporate that into our assigned tasks. We still have a lot to learn from Shana and from ourselves but I'm definitely happy that I reached out again. I can say that Shana will be around for a long time to come. As we grow, she'll be right there beside us, helping us lead the way.

Less than a year ago I felt worthless and like I didn't matter, no one would love me and I'd end up alone. Today I cut ties with a toxic toxic sociopath who brought me down daily. I feel empowered motivated and strong. I know now what I worth and what I deserve. I have had bouts of depression and have tried to withdraw from coaching but Shana does not let you fire her she helps you though the darkest times in your life. Less than a year ago I felt like my world was stuck in a cycle of abuse and just today I told Shana how much I deserve and how much I'm worth to myself. It would not have been possible to get here without her. She is my ROCK & I thank God daily for her being in my life.

After 3 years, I'm back. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So when my…read morepanic and anxiety attacks conveniently began to tag team, I found myself back to the beginning. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

I requested a private session in hopes of connecting with my father who died relatively young and unexpectedly in 2005. The love and peace that came through in the session was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I'm generally very open, but agnostic, about spirituality, so I went in without expectations. I came away believing that Courtney is the real deal (not that I ever doubted!) because she communicated things that there's no way she could have ever known unless she was in touch with my dad's energy or spirit. I left feeling so at peace and have continued to have a lingering sense of well being where my dad's death is concerned that I haven't felt before in the last 21 years since his death.
