UPDATE: The work they promised to do doesn't work our full application is full of bugs and they think they deserve to be paid when our reputation is being damaged by their crappy code. 1.7 years past the contracted delivery date. We had a contract for them to develop my website and my app. It was slated to take 3.5 months as seen in the attached screenshot. There were 5 milestones as seen in the attached image. Things were going fine until got beyond the initial 4 months. I started pressing and getting angry. Here we are, February 22nd. I've paid for milestone one, 2 and half of 3 because it isn't done any they said if I made them half a payment they would fix the issues and get it put in the app stores. They didn't. I had a list of things that would take about 45 hours to fixed, and they tried sending me a bill for fixes that 90% are a code functionality of mine and every other app like it. They tried to charge me $7500. Keep in mind that I've already paid $16000 and they haven't delivered anything that they promised. Then, when I finally lost my temper. I told them to give me my code. They are refusing to give my my intellectual property and my app/website code that is paid for to the point. I've hired somebody else to finish because this company is nothing but thieves.
