I was really impressed with the customer service of Matt (Matthew) at the Robina Hype DC store today. The Gazelle Adidas sneakers on sale that I wanted in black were sold out in my size. Matt looked at different stores to find my size, with none available. He ordered a pair for me online with free delivery to my home for the same sale price.
