Any business who thinks that I owe it to them to spend 3x more money to give them my business for a job that I can do myself, does not get my business anymore. I was seriously taken aback by the attitude of the owner to act like I did something wrong by doing my own car repairs. Replacing a battery is not a difficult repair. And I don't care if you think that the quality of the battery that I got somewhere else is crap. I brought the car there to try to find out why the battery kept dying. Even if the new battery I put in was crap, the previous battery was the one that he had put in a few years before and I had the same problem with that one for years and he knew that. There's something going on with my car that causes it to drain the battery if you don't drive it at least every few days. Anyway, I really don't appreciate being yelled at by any business for any reason. Maybe I could understand that if I was rude to you but not because I didn't hire you for another job that you think I should have. That's just totally out of line. I had mostly good experiences before. But they weren't so good that I could forgive this.

The two owners there (Mario and G) are THE BEST! I went to brothers on forest for an AC repair job and it was an Awful experience! Not only did he keep my car like 4 days for a simple AC recharge but he charged me over $200 for that! I asked three times "please put air in my tires as they are getting low!" When I go to pickup the car 4 days later, I ask him, did you fill up my tires with air? Real snotty he says "no! You brought your car here for an AC job, why would I touch your tires?!" What a RUDE SOB! Why would you touch my tires? Maybe because I asked you Several times to please fill up the Damn tires when I dropped the car off!!! He was so condescending!!!
