One Stop Carpet Care and Repair did not disappoint. This was my first time using them and from the minute when the owner Dave answers the phone to set your appointment until they were finished with my carpet...this company was professional from start to finish. My carpet cleaner Dave V. Was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful. Explained a way for me to treat my dogs pet stains. He never tried to sell me anything additional or up charge for the little things. He was very thorough and worked hard to pick up the tough stains, our kids and our dog left him. I would highly recommend Dave V and One Stop Carpet and Repair.

They were very…read moreresponsive and gave me a little higher quote than the average, but I went with them because they responded to me first. I was on a tight timeline before we took photos. Our house included 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairs, and a basement for $300. We had a pet stain and marks in the carpet from our furniture. They said they could get out the pet stain and the carpet marks. The stain was gone, but the marks in the carpet from the beds and dresser remained. I didn't see the carpets before they left because they told me my feet would leave behind prints on the wet carpets. Normally, I would call and bring them back to correct, but we had photos scheduled at the house the next morning. They also told me it would take 2 hours, but were there for around 40 minutes. They raised through and didn't do the best job.
