Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had with any store. I ordered an item back when the pandemic hit. I was not aware of it at the time, but the store had price hiked this item from €35 to €150 (!?).
The item never arrived. Waited 2 weeks and Romek promised to follow up with the courie, but I never heard back. I contact them again, they stall and say they are still waiting to hear from courier. 3 weeks after purchase and after numerous attempt at contact, I ask for a refund and they finally respond saying they will refund "once they receive the items back". Obviously I have no idea where the item is and cannot return it.
Had to file claims with the bank, PayPal and track down the courier myself without any help from the store. They outright lied about contacting the courier, who informed me that they had never been in touch.This issue caused a lot of stress, which is why I am hoping this review might serve as a warning for those who plan to do business with them. read more
