I'm always greeted by Ashley with a wonderful smile, kindness, and excellent customer service. Being a senior citizen, I appreciated Ramzen's aloha spirit, helping this old man by carrying my five 5 gal water bottles to the car. This is going beyond the call! I've been going there for over 5 years and will continue for years to come. Thank you Ashley and Ramzen.

Photo taken June 4, 2025…read more I show up when I noticed the ASB buy local save promo, so I drive all the way back home to get my ASB card and calculated how many gallons I need to hit the $15... head to the store so I figure out if I should get the 7 gals or 6 gals... So when I finally do show up, cashier says the advertised price is their old price and instead of being able to just honor the posted price she charges me the expensive price... which completely messed up which size container I should have bought... grrr Annnnnnnd... when I mention my almost full stamp card, the cashier said I can just throw it away since it's a new company now so I have to start all over again... even though the GIANT sign outside and elsewhere still has the "old" business name...

The entire experience was completely seamless, from easily scheduling the initial consultation to the final installation. Jeremiah provided excellent communication throughout the process and was incredibly honest--never pushy just to make a sale. JC did an amazing job with the actual installation, left the work area completely spotless, and took the time to clearly explain what we needed to do before drinking the water.I ultimately decided to get this system because I was tired of buying plastic water bottles that just stacked up and took up space while waiting for trips to the recycling center. More importantly, I wanted to protect my family from the forever chemicals found in plastics. The water tastes incredibly clean and amazing--even my 5-year-old son approves! I also love being able to use the filtered water for cooking. The team at Water Group 7 is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your home's water!
