She told me that she usually gets ice "between Max's and the Yellow Cab Pizza Company" by Costco. I did a search on the Yelp app and found Ice Hawaii on Dillingham Boulevard. Located in the Costco Iwilei parking lot, this kiosk is like a gigantic ice maker. There's no one here to help. Just read the directions, insert cash or credit card into the slot, push a button for water or ice, and how much you want, and a bag of ice slides down the chute. It's quite amazing and efficient! I got two bags of ice: two bags for $5 (32 pounds total) and another 16 pound bag for $3. I didn't know if the machine would give change, so I used the exact amount of cash. I know now where to get ice without going into a store and standing in line! Note: There is a dedicated parking space for customers to park as close as possible. Reminder: bring a cooler or two with you to carry your ice home or elsewhere.

So when I finally do show up, cashier says the advertised price is their old price and instead of being able to just honor the posted price she charges me the expensive price... which completely messed up which size container I should have bought... grrr Annnnnnnd... when I mention my almost full stamp card, the cashier said I can just throw it away since it's a new company now so I have to start all over again... even though the GIANT sign outside and elsewhere still has the "old" business name...

I bought my reverse osmosis water cooler with hot and cold taps almost 7years ago when we were living in Hawaii. We moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and Jeremiah has still been able to offer great customer service! My son recently broke the hot water handle (don't ask me how) but he did. I had been okay with it so far but the other day was just fed up. So I reached out to Jeremiah, told him what had happened and he was like sure I can replace that! Wow! He took a picture of the replacement part and I was over the moon it was an easy process and something I could do. He sent it from Hawaii and a few days later it came in the mail, I called him and he gave me step by step instructions - insisting to be very careful and not to get burnt. I finally got so frustrated I went searching on yelp and found Water Group 7. Jeremiah scheduled a consultation to address my concerns. He listened to all my issues and was very honest about what he would suggest and what he wouldn't based on percentage rate of effectiveness for the area and also the esthetics. So I decided to go with a reverse osmosis system to at least help with the water quality that I used for drinking and cooking with. This water is polluted as if it came from out from our tap at over 500 ppm. Either the machine's filter has to be serviced or the machine is broken. Makes me think why is a water machine sitting outside? Menehune 5 gallon water tested below 25 ppm which is way cleaner. You get what you pay for I guess. This water is worst than our tap water for sure as it had a higher PPM.

I called customer service and was assisted by Maile. I explained to her my situation and said she'll try to get a delivery out to me. I arrived at home yesterday to find that one 5 gallon bottle sitting on my porch.
