ordered airpots online and got 10% discount for signing up for email/text and a week later I get the wrong item and now every day I get a response to the email I sent the day before and it's another question and not a resolution to the problem. we all now what needs to happen here but they are just lollygagging and withholding my funds from being refunded since they done have the item I ordered that still shows it's in stock on the website. I should've already got the return label to return the wrong item but now it's the weekend so hopefully by next Saturday this will be resolved. Unprofessional!! Package has been in transit for a month. I need it for my grow like yesterday. Asked them for helonnoqckage eta, siad theyd call USPS but since the package was 'out' it'd be my responsibility ultiimately. Which is not only a lie; lit's legally the shippers responsibility until the package is delivered. Not even an offer to send a new one out over night with no charge and refund when I send the one 'in transit' back if it ever gets found. Said I could buy another one then when the other one arrives I can pay to ship it back and they will refund me the product when it arrives back, but won't refund shipping I paid to send the late package back. All lies, I'm reporting to better business bureau, if you want to get charged double amd never have your items arrive, your e-mails ignored, and get told theres mothing they can do except call the post office and wait, this is the company for you. read more

Customer service was good. I was assisted soon after I entered and the sales associate immediately knew where the item I was looking for was located. This was the only store I found that had EM-1 plant probiotic in stock by the gallon. It is also cheaper to buy it here than to order it from Amazon. One major problem that can't be ignored, and that several Yelpers have already mentioned, is that no one working here wears a face mask or even a face shield. It was quite shocking to realize this only after a maskless employee asked me if I needed assistance. A Yelper wrote a review about this problem back in May of this year, so this has been going on for a while. I also saw a few customers who came in without wearing a mask. I assume they are regulars and know that the mask mandate is not enforced here. I quickly paid for my EM-1 and left. Because of the lack of safety measures taken I will not return to this store until the pandemic is over. read more

Was looking forward to checking this place out after finding it online. Looked like a great selection in the store, prices seemed a little on the high side. Seriously disgusted that not a single person working at this place was wearing a face mask while we are still in quarantine. Not one single person, no cashiers, not the guys loading in the back, no one. Also, i walked in seeing three different employees huddled up to one register during a pandemic not practicing social distancing or wearing protection. This is basically a slap in the face to any customer at risk coming in buying essentials. Not only is it the governors order, most importantly it's scientifically safer. Obviously they don't care at all if any of their employees are asymptomatic and can pass on the virus checking customers out. Lost our business. read more

I ordered from this company and had a question about my invoice. I've emailed several times and am being ignored. I have a legitimate question and they are refusing to answer it - it has been 10 days. I think they're ripping me off - no wonder they don't want to respond! This store has poor communication and even worse customer service! If you need anything they sell, go somewhere else. Wonder why there are so many bad reviews As far as them being "very busy" every time I was there I was the only one in the store lol.
