It's not far away from Edmonton. The parking was not an issue. The place is huge with tons of choices and it may not look as fancy as some other places but the quality is very good. The staff is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their plants and they provide the best solutions for this weather condition. Kathleen helped us today and she was great. She provided great information, helped us pick the plants we needed and showed us all available options. Wearing masks, the gentleman asked my name and reminded me he needed to see some photo ID/Driver's licence when he came back with my order. Wow - these staff must have genes of The Flash because they ALL were in and out in record time! My order came back, showed my licence, and they dropped it on the front seat of the car. May 5th I went to Home depot to purchase some plants but first went to see about a card I got for…read moremy birthday. It turned out it was an E-Card. I could not use it because I do not have a cel . The girl at the checkout attempted to try putting it through manally but it did not work. Another person tried to no success. She called for a Manager. The Manager said you need a cel to read the QR code. It was a useless gift. He then said he would fix the problem by giving me a Home Depot card for the same value. I was stunned. TI did not thing that kind of customer dervice was still happening. HE gave it to me ,I said Thank you and went to hand him my E-Card and he said keep it maybe you will figure it out or call the company and see if they could help.
