I am writing this review to warn others about the lack of proper medical oversight and safety protocols at this location.
During my visit, my IV fluids were administered at an alarmingly fast rate--an entire bag depleted in just 15 minutes. When I pointed this out, the nurse dismissively chalked it up to my body simply being "extra thirsty" and accepting the fluids quickly. In reality, IV infusion rates are entirely dictated by physical and mechanical factors--like the height of the fluid bag and the adjustment of the roller clamp--not how dehydrated a patient is. The nurse did absolutely nothing to monitor, adjust, or slow down the rate for the second bag.
When I reached out to the business privately to share these safety concerns, a nurse educator named Jason contacted me and was entirely unhelpful. Instead of taking accountability for their staff's training, he suggested that I should have asked the nurse to adjust the roller clamp.
I am a client, not a trained medical professional. It is the staff's responsibility to safely monitor equipment and infusion rates, not the patient's. Between the dismissive medical myths told by the active staff and the complete lack of accountability from management, I do not feel safe returning to this establishment. Proceed with caution. read more
