I was looking into trt therapy so they did blood work and I'm told within a week probably Monday they will have the results and call me this is on a Friday . I call them the following Friday after hearing nothing . Im told to call back Monday the manager is out and they are the only one allowed to read me my lab results . Okay I call back Monday get the results read take a few quick notes while on the phone at work . The manager tells me I'll revieve a call very soon when they call in my prescription. After a day or so and no call I call them and can't hear for all the construction going on in their office . I finally get them on the phone the following week and get cutoff as Im told they need $50 to call in the prescription .So I was charged $323 originally for a 50$ consult and labs so $273 for trt labs and 50$ more to call in the prescription after several phone calls and a ton of hassle.

Because without notice they decided to kick all existing patients out of the practice unless we agree to pay a "concierge fee". This fee is required monthly or paid once annually in lump sum. You get nothing you didn't get before it appears. I was given 5 min to decide if I would pay the fee and keep my doctor that I've seen for several years or I would lose him. Just like that...decide! No warning. No email. No voice message or text. Anyone knows how difficult it is to find doctors in this area. Dr Bawa is well aware too, in fact he is counting on it. Sign up or else you lose a doctor and lose access to medications that keep you alive. So much for the Hippocratic Oath! Instead it appears the new oath is to the dollar. There are many ways to make decisions and let's be honest, it is entirely his right to take the practice in any direction. My issue is how he is treating long time patients who require medicines to live. No notice. No empathy. No time to find another doctor. So sadly I cannot argue in support of Dr Bawa.
