Now, I know my singular, paltry review isn't going to mean a thing to you because I'm one person, but let's go through some things all the same, shall we? I don't have a car, not by choice, so I walked in 24 degree weather today, over 1 mile, so I could do a couple things there. 1. Buy some energy drinks because... migraines. 2. Get a roll of quarters so I could do laundry and NOT have to walk 3 miles to the grocery store for them in said weather. Can y'all guess which issue I had? If you guessed quarters, ding-ding. Over the past several months, I go in for quarters to do laundry. I've always gotten them, no problems, friendly attitudes (from the 2 people I can stand being around in there). Today I go in there, buy my energy drinks and once again ask for a roll of quarters. Now, keep in mind this is only a once per month ask. Today however, I was told it was against your POLICY to take ten dollars and give me a roll of quarters. First time I've been informed of this, and I was informed using very cold voices, voices that didn't really want to be there (and maybe they shouldn't). This brings one thing to mind: When I was a manager at a few places, I was respectful and friendly - to customers and employees alike. Customer service was my thing, no matter the job. However, I was strict. I had only two zero tolerance issues. 1. Follow corporate / location policy. 2. Never deceive or lie to the customers because it may inconvenience you. One of these two has been going on for me. Either I've been buying quarters I wasn't supposed to be able to buy, or I was lied to today. Which is it? I really do want to know so I can figure out if the two people working there that are actually worthy of their job are enough to keep my business. Keep in mind, I don't expect having my backside kissed or anything like that. Just basic warmth and kindness, even during a refusal. People didn't even look me in the eye when refusing me. One guy talked over his shoulder from the soda fountain, which is my other issue - thanks for reminding me. Someone needs to be severely in charge of cleaning the hoses, nozzles, etc. in those machines because last few times I got fountain, which is all I can afford at times, it tasted like soda and mildew. This is unacceptable and a health risk, and I have every intention of calling the inspectors if mildew becomes the new Coke Zero flavor again. Anyway, those are the reasons you get one star, and unless things change, it will remain one star. If I could do zero, I really would. Do better.

My car was dirty and it needed a wash. I paid for a higher priced wash because of this. My car did not get clean so I went inside and spoke to the cashier. She brought the manager out and I took the mgr. outside to show how badly the car wash performed. I asked to be able to go through the wash again for no charge or get my money back. The manager said, "Sorry, I won't do any of this. Your car was too dirty for the wash, and you shouldn't come here to get your car clean." And just like that, I realized customer service is dead here, and I will never return...all over a $15 car wash. If you want a clean car don't stop here - drive another mile south and there are 3 other car washes that will clean your car properly AND stand behind the work.

I thought the pump was malfunctioning. I can't say I blame the manager for not wanting to deal with theft, but the failure to communicate with their customers who had been paying cash for a while is complete failure. Put up a frigging "prepay only" sign. And since I can't fill up with cash and get the cash discount, not much point of going there.

It was really cool to stop at this store, which carries Shell gas. I had this place eyed for on the…read moreway back to Omaha Airport, where I would top off the car rental. I noticed the Shell gas was $3.17 per gallon. I knew I had a 25-cent per gallon discount on my Fuel Rewards app. So my cost was $2.92 per gallon!!! It was not a busy station, so it was quick in and quick out. However, I did have a long drive getting here from Lincoln. So, I was very glad the convenient store part had a restroom to use. The restroom was clean, and the store was very well stocked, clean, and had many great items. The cashier guy greeted me, was really nice. Now I have a gas station/convenient store as a go-to if I rent a future car! I will most likely be back here again soon in the near future!

I informed them this was the first time I had ever heard of that and I have been coming here for years. The guy was very rude and said that he had worked there for three years and he was doing his job and nobody else did their job. This may be the last time I come here for my gas and other items. Extremely disappointed from the rude service I received after being a loyal customer for many years.
