When I arrived at the location (after travelling from WI) I inspected the car and took it for a test drive, it was exactly as Brandon had described and what I had seen on the video, no surprises. When it came the finalizing the transaction, I worked with Salvator (in the financial section) and he was straight forward answering my questions and presenting all my options with no "sales tactics pressure". Took possession of the SUV with Brandon giving me some additional info on the vehicle and drove it back 353 miles feeling good about the whole experience with everyone I encountered there. They also followed up a few days later to check and see if I had any questions and how things were going with the vehicle. I can honestly say that of all the vehicles I purchased in the past 30 plus years this was by far my best experience. Thank you.

Upon arrival, I was told my appointment was a week ago (not when I scheduled it, since today was my day off). Then I was told no, worries, they will get me in and done in 1-2 hours. So I went to the waiting room. Next I was told they can't offer me complimentary services because of my mileage is past the allocated miles on the warranty. Remember I told the person on the phone my mileage. So I left and don't forget plan to return to Auffenberg. This is not the first waste of time after buying 4, yes f-o-u-r cars from them.

To make matters worse it was raining and I had to be at work in a few hours. I just pulled into their lot without making an appointment and told them my problem. I was figuring that it would take a day or to just to look at my car. But they took a look at my vehicle right away. After about ten minutes the employee told me they could have it ready in an hour and a half. I was expecting to pay a lot for the speedy service but they only charge me for the labor. Because of the great employees and their understanding of me needing my car that day. I was able to get to work dry and on time.

The first thing I want to say. I wish I would've known about Debbie & this shop thirty years ago…read more Debbie is a sweet heart who runs this shop. A dear friend recommended this wonderful shop to me. I was in a pinch. I needed my car. I've been in charge of feeding Hungry people every Sunday for years. My upper & lower mounts on my transmission were rusted & broke. As soon as I met Debbie. I felt like I was treated like one of the family. I can't believe how busy they were. Yet they ordered parts and installed that day. When they showed me the parts completely broken. I had no idea. Every Mechanic knows their job & gets it down in record time. I watched as every customer came through. You could tell everyone was as grateful as me for their expertise and kindness. Everyone there loves servicing clients and takes pride in doing their job. I have been telling my friends & would recommend them to anyone! I can't wait to see them to even get my oil changed or any other maintenance. Sincerely, Debbie Powers Org. for Debbie's Walk for Hunger & Weekly food Donations w/ Debbieswalk. P.S. I knew before I got there. From our phone conversation how good they were. Both of us have the same name Debbie! How cool is that!

Not only that I knew I was leaking coolant yet they said they could not find any and charged me $20 to fill the radiator with coolant using the coolant I had in my car. Triangle auto not only found and fixed the leak but they also told me that the the thermostat was never changed and stuck in the open position which was why my car kept overheating and the thermostat gauge didn't work resulting in a check engine light. They also replaced the sensor because it was bad. I give them 10 stars because I appreciate their honesty and friendly service.

It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there.
