To get in for an appointment, I was booked 2 months from now. They had nothing open any sooner- and this is after season is over! This has been the norm since last year. It's not his fault. It's the hospital trying to make a buck off his back. It's sad, really. I wish he would move on to his own practice.

My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

I was basically comfortable with her office ( just not the turnover in Dr's. & PT's ) Dr. HobdarI personally addressed my concerns & second chances have been glorified, She's gone far & above addressing my concerns & bringing me to understand much better. I see Her as Well as Dr. Fernandez; Both Dr's. are Knowledgeable, Caring, Patient, Kind & are on top of my care above & beyond. I knew there was great potential in her office ~ I could feel it ! Blaming federal privacy laws while privately acknowledging a system glitch to your patients is deeply dishonest. Blood was taken and never tested!!! It was still on the desk when we left. After getting a shot she was asked to eat some food to see if she can tolerate it! They brought her Mexican food, beans, rice and pork!!! Of course she could not eat it. The nurse brought her apple sauce. We were sent home when my wife threw up again, this time the apple sauce. We would never go to that hospital again!!!

Female nurse Gabby was my day nurse for two days. Gabby repeatedly asked me if I was naked under my gown. On more than one occasion, as I was getting back into bed with assistance, felt my calf and told me how much she liked them. At one point, as I was getting up to go to the bathroom, again with assistance, she told me that if ai felt dizzy, I could "grab her ass". If the genders in this story were reversed, this nurse would be in jail. As things stand now, the Hospitals Patient Liaison has told me that she filed a complaint on this issue. They will not provide me with Gabby's full name or license number so that I can file a complaint with the Florida Board of Nursing. I have asked more than once for some kind of documentation regarding this complaint that she tells me she filed, but they continue to ignore me. I have been in contact since this experience With other doctors, medical professionals and the local news station. I am not letting this go after being ignored. Do not ever go the this hospital for any kind of care. You will be ignored and mistreated and then ignore again when you try and advocate for yourself.

You sent a letter to me dated May 20 that I received May 27 in which you told me you would not be my PCP any longer. So for a week i did not have a doctor? I guess that is why you did not refill my Rx for hypertension and heart failure. What kind of person would do that?
