I wish I could say I watched the candy come off the conveyor belt and in to the store but sadly we were not allowed to tour the factory. The prices are very cheap and half price of retail, for example 100g of gummi bears cost about 50cents. The selection is so comprehensive. There were many flavors and candy types I had never seen before and also limited editions. Packaging also came in various sizes so you could buy tubs of candy or just small packs of candy. They also sell Haribo merchandise like clothes, cups, towels, etc. The store is the size of a small park, and it is filled with the same happiness in the form of sweets. Try not to to stuff your face with gummi bears. Note: there is a parking lot next to the store and parking is free.
