In our chocolate bar making class, we made two identical Ritter bars of a unique-to-you flavor. There are about 24 mix-ins and they allow you to choose 3 so the flavors are preserved. Then you chose your chocolate. While the bars are setting, you have an educational session on Ritter and on chocolate. Our tour was mainly Germans so they only spoke English during this portion. However, during the TV visual portion there were English subtitles. As mentioned, there is a lot of Ritter to chose from in their store - small bars, big bars, all flavors including limited edition flavors, gifts boxes, a meter of chocolate. And there is a small cafe with drink and sweets. We didn't utilize the cafe nor did we purchase extra chocolates. We really enjoyed our time!
