He seems to only use honey which is great, I don't enjoy the ones with syrup nearly as much. Price by weight is not cheap, but certainly affordable. And definitely worth it. Each typical piece ~ 1.75 Euro. I recommend the walnut filled ones. They taste even more decadent and rich than the pistachio ones (if that's possible). There's some seating inside, but it's not the coziest space so take away is a better option.

What I really liked about this place was the wide variety of baklava, including many that had a very high percentage of pistachios, pistachios you can see. One of the pastries was smothered in roasted whole pistachios, which ended up beig my favorite (see pics I uploaded). We settled on a mix and match batch of pastries and had tea which was also very nice and strong. The guy that was working there was a bit peculiar. He had one of these faces were you didn't know if he was being serious or joking around about asking for a fee for taking pictures, for example.

Most were with German wrappers, but a lot were in English (which made me less likely to get them as gifts). In our chocolate bar making class, we made two identical Ritter bars of a unique-to-you flavor. There are about 24 mix-ins and they allow you to choose 3 so the flavors are preserved. Then you chose your chocolate. While the bars are setting, you have an educational session on Ritter and on chocolate. Our tour was mainly Germans so they only spoke English during this portion. However, during the TV visual portion there were English subtitles. As mentioned, there is a lot of Ritter to chose from in their store - small bars, big bars, all flavors including limited edition flavors, gifts boxes, a meter of chocolate. And there is a small cafe with drink and sweets. We didn't utilize the cafe nor did we purchase extra chocolates. We really enjoyed our time! And if a staff member asks you your favorite football team (they mean American) and say the Seahawks!
