I express my frustration of $ 1000 express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. They advertise promotions online, but in my experience, they do not honor them. I believed I was eligible for their advertised 50% discount on treatment, but they initially denied this and then inflated the price, charging me for the full-priced package.
Associate signed me into a contract without first showing me the terms or discussing the details. Despite my repeated requests, she refused to provide a breakdown of the charges or show the contract terms. Additionally, she claimed to offer a 50% discount, but I was charged the full price instead.
It wasn't until I contacted customer service on the second day that I finally received the invoice, at which point I realized I had been overcharged and learned about the return policy. Associate never mentioned the return policy, nor did she explain the contract terms, even though I explicitly asked her for these details. I left without any proof of the transaction, and I find this highly concerning. She jut asked me to sign on note pad and I was thinking the invoice comes after but never had an intension to provide the agreement even after paying.
When I escalated the issue, the manager informed me that Associate was under no obligation to explain the terms, even though I had asked for clarification. This response surprised me, as I believe it is a basic duty to provide such information when requested. The manager further insisted that if I wanted a refund, I would have to pay the full $4,000, and she refused to offer alternative services for the $1,000 I had already paid.
I am deeply disappointed by how I have been treated and feel cheated by this entire process. I intend to report this issue to the appropriate authorities, including invoking the Consumer Protection Act, to ensure that other customers are safeguarded from similar experiences.
