If you're used to a more relaxed spa like wax experience this is not the place for you. I got my…read moreunderarms waxed and it said "10 minutes" for the length of the appointment which doesn't sound bad because it's just underarms. From the time I parked and was back in my car it was 8 minutes. The esthetician greeted me and I followed her to the room. She asked for me to take off my top and lie down, but she didn't leave the room. She put the wax on and it was very hot. Then boom no countdown or nothing! She was done so quick! I put my shirt on, tipped, and left. When I was in the car my underarms were so sore, and the pain lasted for about two days. Not to mention that there was still hair left after all that pain. Then, I started to notice my underarms getting darker and darker. I value quality over speed and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Making this my new wax place-- I highly recommend!

She told me to come in at 11:00, and that Britney will be taking care of me. Comes the day of my appointment, I show up 5 minutes early, I told Britney that I needed my hair washed and styled. I kid you not, she got this twisted look on her face, confused, and upset. She told me that since I had alot of hair that it was going to take an hour and 30 for her to complete. She asked me like five times if I really needed my hair washed. I looked at her and told her that's what I was scheduled for and that's what I will be getting. Also, I got ripped off. I asked the receptionist how much they charged for a wash and style and she said between $25-30...She charged me 57.50. FOR CURLS. I was pissed. I will NEVER, EVER return to this place.
