Between the service and the interaction with the staff, I was not impressed. This is a pretty well…read moretalked salon in Baton Rouge, so I expected alot more. I made an appointment online, and it was for gel nails. I wanted both my fingers and toes to be gel. The salon is beautiful! It is in a great location too, but the staff is not friendly or welcoming. When I got there for my appointment, there was no one at the door and I had to find a staff member to tell them I was there to check in. After they checked me in , they took me to a chair to start my pedicure. They then asked me what color I wanted... I didn't pick this out, they brought colors to me. Which was ok, but this is normally done before you sit down. After I picked my color, I was then told that they don't do gel on the toes. It was fine and I guess not that big of a deal. After my toes were done, I sat and got my nails done. I wanted a French tip with pink instead of white. They could have been better, and I feel my nail specialist was rushing. For the price and the quality of work, I don't know if I will return.

Came in last Sunday for a pedicure. Did the volcano $70 + gel polish $20 + tip. The following day…read morepolish peeled off two of my toes ... I had work in Nola so came back on Tuesday before I headed to an event. The young man at the desk (not Kevin) said it would be about 45 mins until someone could assist me. I didn't have that kind of time so I left. I returned today just after they opened after attending a yoga class about 10 mins away. Today, Kevin told me it would be a 25 min wait. + time to be serviced....I sat in here last week for an extended amount of time I don't wanna sit here again that long - MOSTLY because I have places to be! And places I'd like to have out this $90+ tip pedicure shown off! Beyond inconvenienced and annoyed with this.

My husband had a stroke and was at the Neuro Medical Center close by. While there he had rough edgy…read morenails and cuticles were all rough. I wheeled him to this place and they were very accommodating. We both received manicures. The Seacret manicure. They were so relaxing that we were both falling asleep. The massages were tremendous and the service was great. We returned two weeks later for pedicures. Loved everything about it. We've found out new place.
