Parking is also easy and ample since it's in a shared plaza with other businesses and a grocery store, which makes coming here convenient. However, the biggest challenge with this location is the efficiency of the check-in and check-out process. There is no dedicated front-desk person, which means the sugaring and waxing specialists are doing everything, performing services, answering phones, checking in clients, checking out clients, and managing walk-ins. Because of this, the wait times before and after the appointment are consistently extended, even when the staff is doing their best. The specialists themselves are great, but it's almost impossible for them to give a fully hands-on, focused experience when they're simultaneously trying to run the entire front-of-house. I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience. I genuinely like this location, but whether I return will depend on whether they improve this operational inefficiency. If you're in a rush or need a quick, smooth in-and-out appointment, this may not be the ideal location for you at the moment. I hope they consider adjusting their staffing model, because the specialists themselves are wonderful. I had Kenzie before and she was amazing but no longer here as of last month.
