The proprietor is quick to offer a replacement when it is pointed out, but that doesn't change the fact that he needs to get the kitchen under control. Risotto is a watery mess devoid of much flavor. Avoid at all cost. Bruschetta is fresh, albeit doused in so much olive oil, the grilled (and very thinly sliced) bread turns completely saggy before you have a chance to enjoy the fresh tomatoes. Also, in dire need of garlic and a pinch of salt. On our third (and final) visit today, my girlfriend ordered the house pasta. Described as beef and mushrooms in a truffle sauce and priced at 169 DKK, one assumes a petite cut of filet or at least a strip - unfortunately it comes out as ground beef; an upgraded bolognese. To top it off, the beef was grissly and dry - assuming it has been sitting in a heater most of the day. Niso Sushi offers a wide variety of foods, including several types of sushi, both classic and american types. As we had a japanesse friend with us, he said the sushi was good even for his high standards. First time in my life I saw a triangular sushi, but it definetely was the best piece I've had in a long time. The price is normal for Denmark, as it was 180dkk (~25eur) but the experience provided for the price was out of this world. I will definetely come back, as for now - best sushi place in town.
