I've moved back to the area recently and was looking for a new mechanic to service my car. The…read moreowner/person at the front, Andy, was incredibly rude and treats customers like they are stupid. I brought my car in for an inspection knowing that there was some issues with it, but I wanted to figure out what it exactly it was. Immediately upon arrival he made a negative comment about the brand of my car and its reliability. He then called me later in the day and informed me about the issues with my car (most of which I was already aware of) but claimed he was unsure about the condition of one of my parts until he was able to see it himself-this is very understandable and I appreciated his transparency, but I politely declined and told him that I would be going to a more specialized place and he instantly gave me an attitude and did not inform me when it would be a good time to pick up my car-he just hung up the phone. When I did arrive, the negative attitude continued and he charged me $200 for a one-hour long inspection and a piece of paper. I gave the place 2 stars because one of his drivers that drove me home was incredibly friendly and Andy did provide me with a list of what was wrong with my car, which I appreciated. I had high hopes for this place based off previous reviews, but it appears that they treat longer term customers more friendly than newer ones, while also charging you a pretty penny.

I've heard they aren't there because they have a doctors appointment, they aren't there because they have a dentist appointment. I have spoken to someone on the phone that said they would be here waiting. To find out they were closed when I made another two hour hour trip for the fourth time. I wouldn't recommend these unscrupulous government snitches to anyone.

Dishonest business and a total scam. I brought my own brake pads just asking them to replace them…read more I didn't ask for an inspection, but minutes after dropping off the car, they called claiming my rotors urgently needed replacement, pushing the total to $600. They use a polite and friendly front to earn your trust, then trap you. When I called back 10 minutes later to cancel the rotor job, they threatened me with a ridiculous $300+'cancellation labor' fee, claiming they already started. I gave in purely out of concern for my family's safety. When I picked up the car, I asked for my old parts back. To my shock: both my old pads and rotors were still in great shape with years of life left! They replaced perfectly good parts just to inflate the bill and pad their pockets.
