They came out to give me an estimate. He purchased a trap for the sink and spoke with the…read moresupervisor about the job. He advised that he needed 50% up front. As I was asking for the information needed to cut the check he became agitated stating that we were playing games and that he was not a crook. I asked him to hold on and let me explain that I needed an I9 so we could get him in the system to get the check cut. He proceeds to walk towards the door as I a dumbfounded not understanding why his response is so sever to me needing additional info to get said check. He says as he is walking out I will send you the info if I take the job. Mine you he glad already written the contract out. I said don't worry about it I will find someone else. He was so nice on the phone then he just switched. I do not need that type of demeanor from someone who would be completing a job for me.
