So good! The most unique aspect is the watermelon ice cube. As it melts the drink flavor changes. Creative & fun way to enjoy a cocktail. The ambiance is intimate enough where you can step aside to a table for a nice convo or large enough to create a dancing space where we you're at... which was exactly what some of us did because the music was just too tempting. From a more organized event to a late night par-tay mentality, the subtle and eclectic vibes of Lost put you in the right head space. Highly recommend!

I think the best part was probably the bar. My husband got a coke and rum and I got a blue moon for a total of 7 dollars - totally unheard of! They weren't skimpy with the orange either- it was a big ole slice! And don't think we got dixie cups either- they were plastic pint glasses, filled all the way. My pic looks deceiving bc I had already drank quite a bit haha. Secondly, the menu was perfect (see pic below). The choices were aplenty: all in all, my table got a pound of walleye, a walleye sandwich with fries, a perch dinner with fries, deep fried pierogies, drinks, onion rings, apple sauce, cole slaw, and cabbage and noodles. We feasted. Third, the service was really good. Our waitress straight up looked like Mila kunis too. Other than that, they have a bowling alley! I def recommend getting your fried lenten fish here, even if you don't celebrate lent. It's not religious (there's a full bar for goodness sake) so if you're worried about that aspect, you'll be alright. Also, if you're a young person reading this, go to fish fries! I would like to hope they are still around in the next 30+ years.

Our servers and trainee were polite, but the bar drinks and food were inexcusable for a pricey dinner service. Gordon Ramsay would've been screaming. 1) Everything took forever to come out. It was 2 hours from being seated to being served entrees. We had a large group (18), but the restaurant was not busy at the time we were eating, with only a handful of other tables occupied. Our servers claimed that the bartender and kitchen staff were both new, but I have no way to verify that. 2) My wife and I ordered the vegetarian dishes, which turned out to both be completely absurd. $40 for "Mushroom Risotto" that had either been cooked without any sauce whatsoever or thoroughly mummified under a heat lamp while the other dishes were being prepared. It was crispy! Risotto is, by every acceptable measure, not crispy. The veggie burger was somehow more depressing, but was edible - in the same way that Soylent is food. A pale, dry, flavorless rice patty, with lettuce and a slice of tomato, on a decidedly *not* Brioche bun. Just use an Impossible burger or Beyond burger, at least those are expensive enough to justify the cost of the dish! 3) My bar drinks, both Lemon Drops (as listed on the menu!) came in different styles of glasses and were very different pours. The 4 kids at our tables that ordered Shirley Temples received what could be charitably called "a variety of recipes" with some having cherries, some not, and immediately sparking arguments between them. Overall, the service could not save what turned out to be a disappointment for our entire extended family. Flee, and do not return.

Some of the previous reviews were accurate, as the bar service was a bit surly but ultimately it didn't make a big impact on our visit. The atmosphere was lively yet laid back and not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to score a shuffleboard lane for two for an hour and drink service was quick once we got set up. We absolutely loved playing, especially while enjoying a cocktail. If we had more time and wanted to spend more it would have been easy to waste more hours on the court or playing skeeball, cornhole, or pool. I don't understand why fun places like this aren't available widely, that's how fun it was. Do watch out while you're playing, as it's easy to overshoot your target and slam your biscuits into someone's feet playing next door or sitting at a table. The gear was a well loved but it didn't stop us (as novices) from enjoying the game and doing fairly well at it! This will be a must-stop every time we're in the Port Clinton/Marblehead area! Dance, dance, dancing!!…read more If you want to move your body then Twist Social Club is the place to be. I first visited in October 2023 with some friends after leaving the MIX event at the CMA (museum). Twist had a 2000's music theme that night. My friends and I had a fantastic time dancing the night away. Fast forward to a year later to Saturday, 31 August 2024 and I'm back at Twist again for their white party for the labour day holiday. The 2024 labour day holiday white party was fun. I arrived at 10pm with a friend and we met 3 other friends there. We danced to a live DJ who spun tunes all night; however, I will say that some of the music choices were not the best because they were not ideal for dancing. At around 11:30pm is when the dance floor begun to be crowded. So as midnight approached, it became a bit uncomfortable to remain on the small(ish) dance floor so I moved towards the back by the bar. Although I don't drink alcohol, moving away from the dance floor towards the front door entrance by the bar was a good choice for me because I didn't feel as claustrophobic as I did when I was on the cramped dance floor. While I have been here twice, I don't know if I'll return because of how packed it gets and some dance floor behaviours by others was a bit much for me to witness. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 95/150 total reviews in 2024 - 744 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 29 September 2024

There are plenty of windows encircling the dining area letting in tons of light and offering a view of the water and boats docked. The place was clean and has the same vibe as you would expect in a golf resort, hotel, or any other member-club. Service was friendly. Food: The clam chowder was by far the best thing here. It was savory, well-balanced and had the MOST TENDER pieces of clam i've ever had. They were an absolute joy to nom and didn't fatigue my jaw at all unlike some places. Heads up, their chowder has more of soup-y consistency because they don't thicken it with starch. This makes for a much lighter chowder which doesn't put you into a coma. My first experience with perch was sadly disappointing. The sandwich was large, having 3-4 pieces of fried perch in it. The problem with multiple thin pieces of breaded fish, however, is that you're primarily tasting grease and breading! The fries were also lackluster, not soggy but not cripsy or particularly well-seasoned. I did enjoy the rainbow sherbet at the end but it wasn't anything I couldn't get in a value-tub from krogers. Overall I gave this place 4-stars to include the ambiance, service, and exclusivity but the food is honestly 3-stars (decent). I would definitely get the chowder and explore other things besides the breaded perch.
