However, the person felt it would of been too painful to revisit since his partner passed. He was still under contract to pay the dues. He made an inquiry and received a subsequent letter that was in-humane in my opinion. There were no condolences, the letter was not even signed. It was cold and factual in underlying his remaining financial responsibilities. Wow, this is how you treat your members who have been in good standing? Wow, this is what we have come to? Money over people no matter what. I find this a sad statement towards an organization with a long history. I find myself at a lost for words. No, I would not endorse such an organization whose priority is cash over compassion.

The case managers especially Ms. Dunbar to be exact is rude and she doesn't want to help the inmates get out the rehabilitation facility. The food is terrible and the vending machines they let the inmates use takes their money without a refund . This place complains about the most petty things when it's time to go visit. The morning staff is horrible however the afternoon staff is way more compassionate and understanding! Honestly this place needs to be shut down
