Owner's response is just empty words. My son was a witness to the appointment conversation mentioned above. I never got an appointment reminder; I kept a record and wrote down 7am for the appointment for my record. Later, another naturopathic provider recommended Dr. Hurley, so on 6/11/21, I gave this business another chance: I called and explained what happened, but instead of apologizing for her human error, Jessica made excuses again, saying she'd talk to Dr. Hurley, and I never heard back. I called another provider, who provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the medical supervision of a medical doctor (which is safer), got an immediate response, and was immediately given an appointment time. Now, that is professionalism and integrity. Negative Star. Unprofessional & Unethical. I was scheduled for back-to-back appointments today @ 7am for an exam and 8am for a dive. I showed up and was told my appointment was for Friday--3 days later-- and many excuses were given, including being talked down to and lectured to about how limited my options were, as if I didn't know, had not done my research, etc. Jessica--the person that scheduled me--later called after I posted this review. She made excuses again and had the audacity to ask me to remove this Google review. Totally unprofessional. I will take my money elsewhere. Dr. Hurley is among one of the most intelligent and compassionate people I have ever met. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge on dozens and dozens of topics related to wellness, she makes me feel like she truly wants to help people.
