Came at 2am to repossess a vehicle, woke my neighbor up out of a dead sleep. Threatened to "bash his skull in" for asking what they were doing making so much noise. The owner, Matt Dillon, was driving thr truck, making rude and hateful comments to me, my neighbors, and the owner of the repossessed vehicle. They then refused to give the property from inside the vehicle until 2 days later, which then, Mr. Dillon then said that he will come by and steal more from us. He threatened to damage my van in the driveway. We were being compliant and cooperative with them, and they kept insulting and being extremely rude. I wouldn't trust them doing any repairs on my vehicle based on this experience. On the way off my property, they yelled out the window "HAVE A NICE F****** EVENING!" and blared an extremely loud train horn, waking others in my neighborhood. I know they were sent to do a repo job, but this is NOT a way to treat people.

I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.
