Take one!" She talked to me like I was a child or a piece of trash begging for money. There was 3 men sitting in there when she talked to me in such a nasty manner, so I felt so embarrassed. They got up and walked out a minute later with no one saying a word. She was told TWO days in a row specifically what we were needing and what the end result would be, yet she did not put it down on paper because she was too busy joking with one of the male workers that had come back from a dr appt. He was not joking with back with her and appeared to be embarrassed about the very serious personal medical information she thought was so funny. When I tried to ease his embarrassment (I worked in the medical field for years, so I know Hippa!), she looked at me so hatefully,​ again rolling her eyes. Finally Mr Wooten came in to eat a small meal for a medical condition of his own we chatted about together. He was very kind, respectful, and personable. Before he came in, I was on the verge of telling Jessica where she could shove her business and I'm sure it would have fit like a hotdog down a hallway. You know what im unapologetically am saying! Because she didn't write down what she was suppose to, she ended up accusing me of theft, threatened myself and even family members of being arrested, had someone impersonate a police officer to call us up with threats. All along the thing we were accused of stealing was right where we were supposed to drop it off to!! Ignorant! When you're going to be dirty and lie, make sure the other person is as dumb as you are. You should know impersonating a police officer in any capacity is a federal offense. Now that I have my parents estate taken care of and have the time to put into this, you'll be hearing from my criminal lawyer Jessica for several criminal offenses. You're disgusting and you're jealousy over someone else talking to the men in the office that you are rhe secretary in, is beyond gross! When I was standing in that office dealing with you, feeling embarrassed for no reason, I thought if I died and went to hell right then someone would have to tell me I'd died because you made that office as close to what hell has to be like I wouldn't know the difference! You must be the devils spawn or side dish! In case you didn't catch that, both of my parents had just passed away 6 months apart and we were dealing with the estate with no will and then my brother & his wife also passed away in the midst of all of that. Cancer was wiping out my family, while this secretary, was accusing me of theft because of her own lazy ignorance, stupidity, and unprofessionalism. I had never met her in my life. Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. My vehicle was making a whining…read morenoise. They had my vehicle for about two days. They called me and told me that the power steering pump is bad on the car and mind you I had already replaced that part two other times prior to this within the last six months. It sounded different this time and I had a really hard time believing that's what it was but they were convinced that's what it was so they said they would fix it, charged me 130 some dollars only because it was under warranty still so I could get the part for free where I had already bought it from. Said they flushed the lines for me to make sure all the fluid was out and changed. Told me that I might need my rack and pinion replaced but they weren't sure because you can't tell. I asked him about how much that would cost, he shrugged and said I don't know expensive. Said he would have to make phone calls and everything to figure that out but didn't offer to do it for me. This man looked me directly in my face and told me when he fixed it that took care of your whining problem but I'm not sure if your rack and pinion needs replaced or not you'll have to wait and see. I started my car and it's making the exact same noise in the exact same pitch the exact same way as when I brought it in the first day. They literally fixed nothing charged me money to replace the part that didn't need replaced, robbed me literally. I had my dad called him to talk to them because he knows more about vehicles than I do and he told him that it wasn't making any noise when I left so if it started, it started after I left there. Which is a crock of bullshit. These fucking places get away with legal theft and it's not okay. I am taking it to an actual dealership service center so they can actually tell me what's wrong with it. When it comes back that was never the problem I will be revisiting this situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED!

had twice were they messed up on work on my car. both time they argued that it was other thing that…read morecaused it and was not there fault. first was simple they were to replace the head light when they got done the head light was way out of alignment. took it back to get it adjusted they say that the whole light assembly was bad and needed to take it to a body shop since the whole assembly was bad and needed replaced. took it to another shop they said the bulb was only half put in the seated it fully was fine. this time took in for oil change left there shop car started clattering and stopped. called them they told me that this car had a lot of defective engines and it was not there problem. took it to dealer for them to look at it they said the oil filter was half on, the drain plug was about to fall out and there was only 1 quart of oil in the engine.
