My experience with Family First Credit Union has been incredibly disappointing due to the conduct…read moreof its leadership. I believe that a financial institution should remain neutral and professional at all times; however, the CEO has chosen to use her platform to broadcast divisive personal political opinions regarding Canada. It is deeply concerning that a representative of the bank would participate in a conference abroad while simultaneously alienating the citizens of that country. It is frustrating to see a business leader prioritize personal messaging over the professional, neutral environment that is expected in banking. This lack of professionalism has caused me to lose trust in the institution's judgment and commitment to its customers. I have been banking with Chase for some time now. I would say that my overall experience with Chase…read morehas been very good for the services that I use them for. I wanted to take a few minutes to write a quick review of this particular location. My short stop here was remarkable. Greeted as I walked in by someone at a desk in an office, who was obviously aware of more than just what she was doing at her desk, but also customers coming in the front door (25 feet away). Greeted a second time by someone coming from the back office. Friendly, prompt service at the counter. I was in and out in less time than it took me to write this review, ha. 5 stars from my experience!

Instead of working with me and making sure all my gap policies were credited, they started charging me for late payments. They closed my checking, savings and auto accounts so I don't even know hor much I owe. The accident occurred on April 6th. From what I heard last, there was approximately $400 left after the last gap payment. They erroneously got my pension due to a date error. That was 321. Plus I still had some funds in there. They are reporting that I owe $992. Last week, they informed me that had taken out an insurance policy on the car at my expense. NEVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S CRIME. I worked at the phone company. These businesses write these amounts off everyday as nuisance. Good luck out there. We all need to call out these criminals.
