Just because I'm not as fortunate as others to make a 6-figure salary doesn't mean that I'm not interested in planning for my future/retirement. Well, after YEARS of being in these situations with numerous different companies and financial advisors, I found Nick (as a referral by a relative in 2013). Nick does want to help you with your goals, does listen to your needs, and is much easier to reach on the phone (during business hours, of course). I moved from out of state and a rep in Lori's office said I needed a new policy. I found out later…read morethat was not true and by doing so I lost all my discounts. I called and spoke to Lori and told her I was going to move that policy to a new office because I wanted no further dealings with her or her office. When the other agent called to finish the transfer, Lori told them I had decided to stay at her office. I never said anything even remotely like that. It has been a month and I am still trying to get that policy out of Lori's office. I have filed a formal complaint with State Farm. If not resolved in the next week I am taking my business elsewhere after twenty years with State Farm. Beware of anything this office tells you. Make the drive to another location.
