Although I did not purchase the additional learning module, Albert's YouTube lecture series alone…read more(which addresses the two primary sections of the LSAT --logical reasoning and reading comprehension-- is both systematic and thorough. He is highly personable, relatable and even fun. It is clear that rather than pursue a career as an attorney (a profession at which he would certainly excel had that been the field in which he professionally thrived) he has chosen to leverage his natural aptitude for teaching. His passion for being an educator is infectious. In telling his own story he recounts having been literally offered unheard-of incentive packages (tuition remission and a cozy stipend) by at least two Level 1 law schools (of the four levels, Level 1 is composed of the top 14 law schools in the US) after earning a score of 179 out of 180 on what is recognized as the most difficult of objective metrics that are used to determine one's suitability to obtain admission to a top professional degree program (in this case, the JD, or Juris Doctor). Albert's love for and competence as an educator is attested to on both the preparation end as well as his delivery. HIs program is the result of an intensive inquiry into the specific types of questions (of which he's categorized from literally reading thousands of samples, fewer than a dozen actual structures on which the authors base the patterns of the text, creating variety and disguising this fact by varying the topic and content of the material on which the questions are based. Without having the benefit of this knowledge, the test-taker --regardless of innate intelligence-- is at a disadvantage that is genuinely indescribable. I believe that Albert is the type of person who enjoys the challenge of extremely complex puzzles. Being that the LSAT is just that --an extremely complex puzzle-- and one that was created by humans, it is not as though a dedicated analytic mind like Albert cannot "crack the code," so to speak. In fact, it is precisely because of years of intellectual curiosity and sheer dedication to solving the meta-questions of the exam that Albert has been able to systematically classify them. Without a knowledge of how the authors of the test assemble the information and the multiple-choice options, the aspiring LSAT taker --no matter how intrinsically smart he or she may be-- is utterly clueless in knowing how to approach these questions. On the delivery end, Albert has produced ten-plus hours of content that is presented for free on YouTube in a way that is thoroughly consistent in its format, so that --in terms of the presentation of content-- you know exactly what to expect. He introduces a handful of "tools" that make for greater degree of clarity and efficiency. I cannot overstate how critical these tools are in helping to efficiently manage the specific structure and details of a written passage while working against the clock. Having as many heuristics at your disposal is indispensable to completing the reading comprehension section, as the topics are deliberately esoteric and unengaging. Albert will make you thoroughly aware of how to "solve" both the logical reasoning (LR) and reading comprehension (RC) sections of the exam by establishing what have proven tried and true methods that, if followed given the recommended amount of preparation will result in a *significant* increase in your LSAT score.

Hi Ajit, Any chance I can get my $200 back for an initial consultation that was absolute nonsense?…read moreI have kindly asked for my money back multiple times. I want you to known that telling my kid who is STEM focused taking 10+ APs to consider taking a ceramics course doesn't cut it for a $200 initial consultation. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Just letting you know that your responses on your reviews of people who complain about your service is underwhelming. Improve your service and you will do much better. Ajit, I will continue to complain about the service I received to every Indian parent that I know in the Bay Area. If you think otherwise, you don't know me well... Based on your "Stanford MBA" education, you may certainly know that word travels fast in the Bay Area. A simple suggestion to all who read this (including you Ajit) - Do NOT pay $200 for an initial consultation. Simply request a free initial consultation so that you are aware of the all of the program details, the costs, and the proficiency level of the counselor. If they can't give you a free consultation, move on and find another program. Believe me, there are plenty of programs that give you all the information that you need without paying fees to find out. They should be selling you on the program and not the other way around. 8/18/25 - Ajit, I read your response. Your answer is false. My wife, my son, and I all attended the meeting with your "counselor." It was you who was missing in that meeting. So don't make up stuff. The fact remains that I have not received my $200 back....

Our tutor has been tutoring my niece, a sophomore at Homestead High School, for the past year and a half now. We have developed a great relationship with her, and as much as I hesitate recommending her for selfish reasons (we want her all for ourselves!), she has been so great to us that I feel this is the least I could do (I'm not giving out her name though!). As most of us know, many times students run into "academic emergencies", whether it be a quiz or exam they have the next day, project overload, or any other major school-related crisis. We've had our fair share of those, and each time our tutor has been there to save the day. I mean, literally save the day. We've had her come to our house at 9:00pm the night before an exam, with a calm, understanding smile on her face, and leave an hour later with plenty of tips and words of encouragement for my niece. My niece responds very well to her encouraging style of instruction, and always goes to her exams feeling confident after tutoring sessions. I've also noticed my niece's study habits improved dramatically since we started working with our tutor. She is a lot more organized and knows how to approach difficult concepts - something she has always struggled with. Last point - I've worked with tutoring companies where we've paid 80 - 90$ an hour for a tutor (which I find ridiculous), and this company definitely does a much better job for half the price.

My daughter needed algebra 2 tutoring and we found Dana's company on yelp. Dana sent us biographies…read moreof tutors and we immediately found one that we felt would be a good fit for my daughter. She came to our house and not only answered my daughter's questions, but gave her excellent study tips to help her pass her exam. We started working with the tutor every week, and my daughter's grades improved in every class! I decided to use the tutor for my son as well, who was in chemistry honors. Overall I felt the tutors Dana provided (our tutor left for college the next year so we got another one) were excellent, the price was very, very reasonable, and the whole process was extremely convenient. We developed a great relationship with both Dana and the tutors, and I really think it made a huge impact on my kids. Their grades really improved.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel a responsibility to speak up. One of the teachers--and…read morepart owner--of Shareworld, Sunni Lin clearly has mental issues: an incident happen where he physically lifted my 9 year old son by his broken arm, push a desk at him and screamed on top of his lungs at my son for not following directions. One of the parent text me afterwards saying the class was hysterical and there were kids crying. This is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing behavior from someone entrusted with the care of children. Sunni clearly has anger issues and cannot regulate his temper. Multiple students have witnessed him yelling, banging on desks, and even throwing phones at the wall during class. His behavior is not only unprofessional , it it's frightening. He is unfit to be in any teaching or leadership role around children. I filed a police report to document the incident. The detective strongly urged me to press charges, warning that this individual is a danger to other children. As a parent, I knew he was right--but despite that, I made the difficult decision not to pursue charges out of consideration for his three young children, who attend the same school as mine (John Muir Elementary). It was not an easy choice, but I wanted to give him a chance to take responsibility without destroying his family. Since then, my children and all students others have withdrawn from the program. Please be cautious if you're considering Shareworld. No child should ever have to experience something like this

My child attends one of the top schools in the area, and we have worked with multiple counselors over the years. Nothing compares to how unprofessional, unstructured, and disappointing this experience has been. We paid a significant amount of money expecting real guidance, consistent support, and high‑quality essay feedback. What we actually received was minimal engagement, weak comments, and almost no meaningful involvement in my child's progress. The essay reviews were shockingly low effort, often just a few superficial notes that showed no understanding of competitive admissions or the needs of a high‑performing student. When we raised concerns, the responses were focused entirely on quoting contract language instead of addressing the fact that services were not delivered. There was no accountability, no ownership, and no willingness to acknowledge the gap between what was promised and what was provided. Even after weeks of stress and repeated attempts to resolve the issue respectfully, 7EDU refused to refund money for services that were clearly not delivered. Our family went through significant emotional distress trying to get a fair resolution. Instead of professionalism, we received rigid, dismissive responses that ignored the reality of our experience. Their so‑called goodwill offer did nothing to address the core issue: they collected payment without providing the level of service they advertised. For any family in Cupertino expecting real expertise, compassion, and reliability, this is not the place. The difference between their marketing and their actual service quality is enormous. Based on our experience, I would give zero stars if that were possible. I cannot recommend 7EDU to anyone, and I strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere for counseling support.

By not helpful, I mean they were good at the subject they were teaching, but didn't know the little nuances that MY specific teacher was looking for. TinoTutors is great because the students have actually taken the classes they are tutoring in. For example, my Statistics tutor understood what the teacher most tested on, and we were able to focus on that specific material and study more efficiently. Thu, my tutor, was very patient, and helped me learn 3 weeks of material in about 1 hour. I seriously had not attended class for 3 weeks, and now I feel confident understanding the information (I am an A student, I just seriously hate Statistics and she made it bearable) Furthermore, she gave me a plethora of specific practice materials to practice outside of class. So, not only did I get in a great lesson, I will have the chance to continually practice these problems leading up to the test. Overall, I am very pleased with this service and will utilize it again. The cost is much more affordable. It is a lot more interesting and enjoyable doing the tutoring with another student. And finally, it is more helpful; the tutor knows what to focus on, and the sessions are effective, rather than just listening to a Phd scholar droning on about the subject. Thanks, Anthony

It's not enough to just memorize. Truly understanding math, science, and even literature requires a deeper foundation in which our tutors are willing to help provide. We here at TinoTutors don't simply give answers out. We understand that students need to be able to fully grasp the problem and apply their understanding themselves. By providing guidance, and not just answers, we help the student prepare to be a critical problem solver. School teachers are great, no doubt. But sometimes students won't receive the individual attention that they need. That's what TinoTutors can provide: a personalized one on one session devoted solely to the student's needs.
