Husband was doing his business work for his office and was talking to a banker who convinced my husband to apply for a home equity line of credit. So we applied and was told it was a done deal. After sending all the paperwork they asked for and constant reassurance that we were approved by Brandon we received a letter denying us. I'm not upset about the denial as much as the leading on by Brandon and the fact a credit report was used and dropped score 35 points. I think Brandon needs to learn not to lie to people and convince them of something that isn't true to only get a credit report to lower a person's score knowing it gets used against them . Never liked Huntington Bank. My husband uses them. I will never them as a financial institution for my banking needs. read more

I must agree with Anna concerning the waiting period for check clearance. In this day of computerized transaction, this is unacceptable. Add to that; I used to back at Huntington in Fayette Oh; approx. 12 miles from my home. Then Huntington closed that bank, now the closest Huntington bank is over 30 min. away and not at all convenient, as I seldom go to those few towns locally where Huntington is located! On the up side; Huntington personnel are probably the most friendly people I have ever encountered in the banking business! read more

The worst bank !!!! They put a 7 days hold on a check I deposit, not just that the whole account ATM use and Internet access was also unavailable until the check clear despite the fact that there was money already in the account !!!!!!! Closing this account with this bank !!!! Going back to Chase even tho there are not much branches around Michigan read more

Will be leaving this bank soon, Due to 1 mistake, I have been thrown into a 6 week long Overdraft Fee nightmare. I receive a bi-weekly paycheck that I only see 30ish dollars of every payday because Huntington bank takes 70% of my earnings and only 25% is taken for my bills. I have been charged thousands in overdraft fees. I cannot refuse to pay any bills just because this bank charges me more than all of my bills combined. I cannot get ahead of the viscous robbery this bank commits. read more

Being new to the area I wanted to select a CU that would service every need and provide me information when needed. Not only have they done that but they have gone above and beyond with providing additional information that would help me down the road with my investing when the time comes. I rarely have to ask for help because mostly everything I need can be done online. I go in when I have questions that otherwise may take some time online. I am very happy to have found such a place to do my business. Thank you for helping a newbie out to feel at home!

This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. Maybe it's just this branch, I don't know, but it's just terrible. The branch manager that was there when I joined this bank in 2013 said any checks deposited will be held for 24 hrs for the first few months. Once the bank saw that we weren't attempting anything shady the checks would be deposited right away. Well, he lied about that. Long wait times to be helped inside and in the drive thru. 2 lanes maybe 3 but only one person running it? Come on now. On Top Of that, they can't even keep track of who was there first. As far as their mortgage team goes, don't even bother. They are not organized at all, they lose information resulting in myself having to provide the same documents multiple times. They just don't have their stuff together at all. If you're in Adrian and looking for a bank, go to a credit union. Preferably TLC. They know what their doing at TLC. read more

Seriously, every single person I ever encounter is super friendly, helpful and and will go above and beyond to make it a great experience. They always have an ample supply of lollipops and dog treats as an extra bonus! Today, I went to the bank because I needed a cashiers check. The process is intended to make sure you are who you say you are - which I appreciated. In order to withdraw money, I needed to submit my debit card with password; then received a text to my phone to enter onto the bank system in order to withdraw from my account. There were also other safeguards in place that made me feel like my money is in a safe place. Throughput this process, the person assisting me was very friendly and didn't make me feel like a thief. She kept assuring me that this is standard protocol. The transaction was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way. I must also say that the bank has a very modern, clean and comfortable ambiance. In the event that a customer needed to wait for service, it would be in upscale surroundings. However, the primary reason I always select this location over other possible branch locations is because of the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This is very important, because there are times when I have questions that cannot be answered by an FAQ online. I'm definitely a fan of this bank location. :-)
