He kept his word, let me give you a little more context. So I Met Max originally about a few jobs and passed on both of them based on fit. But I was very open and honest about what I wanted in my next job and why I wanted to leave my current job. Max's team does an excellent job listening and understanding your career goals. Its important to note I was not actively pursuing jobs, I would have NEVER got this job, my dream job, if Max had not reached out to me and told me he thought I was a great fit for it. So I would urge you to Trust Max and his team, be honest and open. Understand you might not get the current job, but there is a very good chance he will find you something even better in a few months. I owe Max and his team a huge thank you for everything they did for me. A++ experience. Couldn't recommend them more.
