We had a good and the most horrible experience with the agency. One nanny emotionally abused my son…read morein 2 days that she was there. When I left with my daughter to class I checked the cameras at home and she put my son infront of TV (when I specifically told her he can only watch tv when he eats) and went outside to speak on the phone. When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

We came to PB from out of town and wanted a babysitter for the day . Most of the high end hotels…read more(Four Seasons, Ritz etc) recommend her service, which is how I came across it. The owner is very prompt and polite and has a great reputation. However, I was not overly impressed with our sitter. She had great nanny experience, was polite and arrived on time, but seemed uncomfortable with a small infant and was used working with toddlers and older kids.

Having recently been laid off and registered with the Florida reemployment assistance agency, I…read morereceived a letter summoning me here to attend a services orientation at this facility. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this really is a full-service organization offering a lot of different resources, guidance, courses, workshops, etc. to help the unemployed find work again. This facility is located on the grounds of Palm Beach International Airport (literally right across from the runways, near the control tower). There is plenty of parking available. The first thing you see when you walk inside is a seating area with rows of chairs; if you don't know like me where you need to go, turn right and go all the way down the hall where you can be checked in. Then I proceed to what looks like a a small lecture hall, where the orientation was held, and signed in with the presenter. The orientation session was about 2 hours long, but very helpful and offered a lot of information about understanding what services they provide, how to navigate the Florida online reemployment portal, and also went over strategies for improving your resume, networking, searching for jobs, etc. Martha, the presenter, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made the session much more enjoyable. Once the orientation was over, she and some of the other staff members assisted us with completing setup of our online reemployment portal accounts, going over our resumes, answering any questions, etc. Overall, while I only came here for the orientation session as required, the center offers a lot of useful and interesting career services which anyone (unemployed or even currently employed) can take advantage of, and many of these services and programs are free, which is wonderful. Definitely check out this center whether you are summoned here for a session or not!

The DEO login doesn't fucking work! The stupid ID me thing is unresponsive and doesn't register…read morethe codes it sends you. Was it made just to piss people off? I've never been more agitated in my life. I'm done with trying to deal with it.
