Not only did he assist me with other legal matters (driver license reinstatement, traffic tickets etc) that were unrelated to the serious felonies I was facing, he was happy to do so, and did it with compassion and loving kindness. I was facing two second degree felonies and a couple of third degree felonies, and at times would stress to the point of anxiety attacks and breakdowns. Greg was always there to help me through it in any way that he could, always. I've called him after hours, on weekends, in the middle of the night, and he never hesitated to respond and assist me in whatever I needed help with. I know some of my actions would've pissed the average lawyer off, but Greg is not your average lawyer. There is a reason why he is rated so highly on multiple platforms, with some of them regarded very prestigiously in the law community. He goes above and beyond to fight for you, and them beyond some more. My public defender told me to take the plea deal of two years in prison, stating that with my priors, "you wouldn't get a better deal than this". Upon hiring Greg, he strategized a game plan, broke it down into simpler terms for me to understand, and through the course of a year, we executed that gam plan. Even with some curve balls thrown in, AKA unexpected issues, such as me catching a DUI while out on bail for 5 pending felonies, he was there for me, and reassured me that everything will be okay. The end result: Greg negotiated with the prosecutor to DROP the main felony charge, have them give me credit for the time I already served AND the days I spent in rehab, AND 3 years of probation, with the possibility of early termination at half, some community service, and restitution. NO other lawyer could have gotten this done. It is literally a miracle that I am not on house arrest right now, let alone incarcerated. Greg fought hard for me, and he achieved something that was close to a miracle. He is a godsend, and you can tell that he truly cares for you, as a person first and a client second. With so many lawyers nowadays just trying to make a quick buck, or resolve matters conveniently rather than in your best interest, I would highly recommend hiring Greg for your legal issues. He is just short of a miracle worker, a very powerful, formidable and reputable lawyer to have on your side, and a true friend. He is definitely top three defense lawyers in palm beach, if not number one. But his compassion for the client and his genuine concern for you as a person, combined with his expertise, reputation, and skill sets make him by far the top lawyer in not only palm beach, but possibly south Florida. My attorney never listened to what the end-goal was (simple support arrangement) and also refused to intervene with the other party when I, the client, requested. Instead, they told me that it "might intimidate" the other party instead of having my interest at heart (i.e. their client). The law office did absolutely nothing while on retainer. Besides "research" and telling me I had to file paperwork on my own to accomplish my goals (simple support arrangement), which conveniently we spoke about three separate times and they forgot about each time. The law office sent my personal information to an email address that was not used for communication (for 15 months prior) or indicated on the retainer that I sent them at the start of our arrangement for representation. When the email bounced back to the law office, they never reached out to me for clarification.

When I didn't know what else to do, I went ahead and contacted a lawyer who had given him a good online review to ask whether the positive review was a mistake. I suppose the other lawyer did reach out to him about my concerns because Mark responded soon after, and asked me to send paper work relevant to the case. When he had all the information compiled, he sent me a message informing me that he was going to contact the Florida bar about suing me for libel, because I had written the other lawyer about his non responsiveness. He then proceeded to use this threat as a reason to ask me to pay him the other half of the money, which we had initially agreed would be paid after the case was approved. I refused. We had some back and forth after that, but I didn't trust him anymore and the threat of a lawsuit worried me, so I stopped all communication with him. I did not ask for my down payment back. I just wanted to not have anything to do with him anymore. Maybe he would have completed my case. I guess I will never know, but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Hire Mark at your own risk. I have the emails to prove it.
