I cannot thank Hunter Biederman enough for his advocacy. I was going through an incredibly traumatic and uncertain time, and frankly, I felt completely lost and abandoned by the system. But when I was brought into the courtroom, seeing him there was like seeing a light at the end of a very dark tunnel and it was the first time I felt like a human being again instead of just a number in chains. He was professional, compassionate, and incredibly clear about my options. He didn't just give me a plea deal; he gave me my life back and ensured I could sleep in my own bed that very night. To anyone else who finds themselves in a position of total hopelessness: do not give up. There are people like Hunter Biederman & his amazing team who truly show up when it counts! He didn't just do his job; he restored my spirit. I am moving forward with deferred adjudication and a heart full of gratitude. If you are lucky enough to have them in your corner, know that you are in good hands. Thanks to The Law Offices of Biederman & Burleson, P.L.L.C. Whitney read more

The best lawyer I know. Hands down. Attentive and intelligent, he exceeded all my expectations!

Hunter Biederman is: Honest. Trustworthy. Straightforward. No B.S. and very responsive. Everything he has said that would be done or would happen has happened. About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding. If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered. I am a free man with a better life because of those two. read more

No lie, I came into court this morning with SUPER HIGH anxiety, worrying about what was going to happen in each court room today. Hunter is a blessing. He worked out a really good deal and came ALL the way through for me. There's only one part that needs to be taken care of and that's all on me to take care of. He did his part to the fullest!! I praise and recommend this guy to anyone in need of a good lawyer! -Leon Jones read more

Do you need someone to help you navigate the tangled highways of Texas' arcane and hyperlocal legal system? If I did, Hunter would be the only person I'd recommend. I followed Hunter personally through two workdays throughout the greater Dallas area, and for certain learned one thing: it's a jungle in those courthouses. Some counties have 2 courthouses - what if you show up at the wrong one? There's multiple overlapping jurisdictions everywhere (City of Dallas sits inside multiple counties, etc), creating legal nuances that no beginner would figure out without extensive research. His advice is worth that time, and money. read more

Mr Biederman is the MAN! This guy works miracles, got my case dismissed in Colin county in literally days After contacting him. One of the best out there for real no cap!!!! read more

In response to Hunter's attempt to deflect on the situation that compelled me to write this review, my response is as follows. Exactly what would be expected from a firm such as yours. I'm sure that if you thought my review was "slanderous" & as you stated, would be taking me to task in a court of law. I can recommend an excellent attorney if need be & one that I partnered with on my specific case at a fraction of what your firm was attempting to charge... Would be glad to refer him to you, however I'm not sure he would take your case based on his opinion of your firm... I tried to be fair in my assessment & review of your firm that is why I stated that I had never met you & was only speaking with regards to your associates but your comments & your attempts to discredit me only substantiate what type of business & firm that you operate. Instead of taking the feedback & reflecting on the perception or reality of the comments & situation & in typical egomaniac fashion, you attempt to discredit my review with inaccurate claims & distort the facts. Surely even you are aware of how our legal system works & regardless of the charges every defendant is allowed "due process". With that in mind, any & all charges were dropped & I am more than happy to discuss with anybody the specifics or merit of the circumstances surrounding why I came to your firm in the fist place or I wouldn't have been so open in the first place with my review of my experience of your firm. I do believe it takes two parties to come to an agreement before said parties decide to do business with each other or in this case, decide to act as Attorney & Client. I guess the arrogance of your firm combined with the fact that I had a pending legal issue, that you would just assume because I walked into your office that I was obligated to hire you & that I would just accept your Partners condescending attitude. The truth is that they were upset & taken aback as a result of me "daring" to ask how you arrived at your fee & that I had the audacity to ask for a more detailed explanation. Your Partners, although not telling me they could 100% get my case resolved did say that they were confident they could win & based on their great relationships they had with the Collin County DA's office as well as being former Assistant DA's themselves & that they were confident that all charges would be dismissed & very contrary to your statement had no issues with the facts surrounding the charges, which once again were all dropped. Interesting how you fail to mention this as part of your diatribe when you obviously went to great lengths to get more details on the situation & are aware that this was the case. With regards to hiding behind a computer I would be more than happy to meet with you in person or anyone else with your firm, however I would expect that it would not be something that you would take me up on based on your unprofessional & childish tactics, including this response. My review is substantiated even more so by your response & I would think that the general public & any potential client would probably agree. I also find it interesting how you don't have any recent positive reviews on Yelp in almost 1.5 years. Maybe you should think about not being on "Social Media" if you can't take "Social Media" feedback & childishly lashing out while blaming both Yelp & myself for your Firms professional ineptitude.. I however, as a mature adult who is continually trying to grow & become a better person, do appreciate the feedback, regardless of the source & distorted reality... So I do thank-you for that sir & the ability to relive this experience again & to justify once again my accurate portrayal & review of your firm. Thanks so much... Todd read more

This guy is the most sincere and can seek a good person when he sees one. Mr. hunter helped my finance fight a DWI off his record today. He took his time and also set with both of us to tell us every option before agreeing to pleading guilty. He stayed positive and always face the good with the bad. This man is trust worthy and will fight for you. Lastly, my finance won his case and pled not guilty today! Thank you god! read more

Dealing with the State of TX judicial system is scary enough. Then tack on finding an attorney that doesn't make you feel like you're just an ATM. The whole experience is overwhelming. Trust me when I say retain Hunter & Biederman. From your very first call, to walking in and meeting the office manager, to your consultation through resolution you will feel safe. Not just physically safe. Financially, mentally and emotionally. They never judge and are always available when you need them. I highly recommend. read more

I was treated very rudely by an arrogant attorney who didn't want to have a consultation. He wanted to get money and that's it. I believe having any questions or wanting to find out how this firm would handle a certain case before handing over thousands of dollars is an insult to them. No worries. Thanks for your 60 seconds Not sure how Mr. Biederman could have determined that my case wasn't one for them when he received exactly zero information from me regarding the case. In fact he specifically said he didn't want details. So I guess the advertisement on their website of the types of charges they handle are false. Since that is precisely all of the information I gave them. But that's fine, I hope in the future you realize the way you talk to people matters. read more

I had first heard about this law firm through a friend saying how they saved her life! I was a young man in deep trouble, with hope tho I contacted this law firm. With our first meeting I knew these guys were the ones for me! I felt as if they were looking for MY BEST INTERESTS NO MATTER WHAT. I had later found out the evidence against me was rough... and we had no other option then to take it to trial. I made a decision not to re-hire my existing lawyer after I met Hunter. Let's face it - if you're sitting in a criminal lawyer's office, things already are not going well. At that point, you want someone that you can trust, that you believe will work for you. I feel confident that I have the right attorney in Hunter. Unfortunately, I have experience with several lawyers and so far, my best first impression has come from not only Hunter but his staff as well. I will be recommending this office to any of my friends or colleagues in need of a criminal attorney. read more
