But l just came back from having a new crown refitted on a lower l.h. molar that was crowned by Dental Impressions less than 5 years ago. The cost is $1300.00, the most current expense in a series of issues originally caused by dental work done in the Dental Impressions office. I think l am a reasonable client/patient. (I had my first dentist for 30 plus years.) But, with Dentist Impressions, l have only felt sadness and frustration with the treatment given to me and with this most current expense, l finally had to say something. I give this office two stars only because my deceased husband Robert was satisfied with his care and Dr Michelle VanDyke worked with his kidney transplant centers to provide medical data they needed.

He told me he was working with very little tooth (no thanks to him)and could come out with me chewing food. I never went back. After one of my appointments I was told I needed some teeth removed and it was going to cost me a ton of money even after my insurance was billed. I told them I was unable to have the work done due to the expense of the cost of it and I was told to just get the care credit card and it wasn't that much I was told it costs a lot to look pretty. I told them I was going to seek out a different opinion and was told they will tell you the same thing. After that I got a second opinion and at my second opinion the dentist there told me that I did not need any teeth removed they were able to adjust what needed to be done. I felt like they just wanted money out of me!
