Front desk ran smoothly. Back office care, intake by Ruby was wonderful. The Doctor answered all my questions and then some. This morning's surgical procedure was very well handled. So efficient. When I woke up the nurse Sam was holding my hand. No one likes to have surgery, but if you are in need of an oral surgeon, Dr. Logan Ganon was fabulous. THANK YOU!

My husband took the day off from work to drive me home from my surgery. I was to have 3 molar extractions with sedation. After being in the exam for 45 minutes, Sorensen enters the room, lays me back, looks in my mouth and says "yup I agree with your dentist, these need to come out, so my staff will assist with the appointment." And he leaves the room. We were stunned, what just happened. The the DA says "Oh this was your consult, when do you want to come in?" We were pissed, husband missed a day at work, I had my whole next couple of days ready for my recovery. ********May 11th, 2026************* We arrive at appt, I go brush my teeth, they call me back. Made me swish peroxide and then medicated mouth wash. Sorensen comes in, asks if I'm ready. Barely scrapes my mouth with topical, more got on my tongue than actual gums. Then he picks up the needle and just shoves it in my mouth. I screamed, so he goes deeper. My leg was tapping so bad from the pain. Then he does it again, the more I screamed and jerked, the harder he did it. I was crying so bad, tears would not stop coming out, I was shaking from my lower jaw all the way to my toes. My poor husband was shocked to see how aggressive he was and not bat an eye. The DA was explaining it was normal to have the shakes, and tears due to anxiety, adrenaline and medication I sat there in the chair for 25 minutes crying, moaning and uncontrollably shaking. DA gives me a blanket and said I did good. Then Sorensen comes in and says "Ok, you need to wait in the lobby for your wife, aobut 15 minutes." Husband was shocked and they showed him the way out. Sorensen very aggressively starts to pull my lower left tooth out. I scream so loud, then he says "Open wider" (I have a small bite) and I say I cant, then he pushes down on my lower jaw, I hear and felt a pop and cracking, I jerk and scream, they held me down, then he does the 2nd tooth, easier its a top. But when it came to the bottome one, he had a door stop, for lack of a better word, in my mouth as he is pulling my jaw way down. I screamed and grabbed the arms to get up, I said "Ok, that's it, Im done". They push me back down and pull the third one. Then Sorensen says, "Ok all done, have a nice day" with a evil smirk and leaves the room. I leave crying and whimpering and swollen, with lockjaw and blood gushing everywhere. ********One Week Later**** Still cant open my jaw, its locked tight, cant eat solid foods, been in pain everyday all day.....never never go to MARK SORENSEN......not a good dentist.

All of our questions were answered and the team followed up with us via phone call after surgery. While doing the 3D images for surgery Dr. Abt found that my son had an Odontoma. Dr. Abt did a wait and see approach and a year later we came back and the Odontoma has not grown and just appears to be sitting between the roots of two healthy adult teeth. His advice was to leave it alone because the risks outweigh the benefit. I highly recommend Dr. Abt, he is conservative in his approach and has a wonderful bedside manner and staff!

I was referred to Dr. Abt by my normal dental office for a tooth extraction. I had to make an appointment for an evaluation by Dr. Abt before I had another appointment for the extraction. I'm glad I wasn't in pain to have to wait for the second appointment. The office appeared nice, with plush couches in the waiting room area. The staff (appeared to be all female from what I saw, besides Dr. Abt) was nice and efficient. When I questioned about having to come back for a second appointment, I was told Dr. Abt performs his procedures only in the mornings. So I returned two days later for the extraction. I will say that the procedure did go fast, as I arrived about fifteen minutes early to my appointment and walked back out about five minutes after the appointment time. The actual extraction of the tooth was done okay. The reason I will never return to Dr. Abt was the anesthesia part. He basically just jabbed the needle into me and it was quite painful. I know that the needle has to go in and that it will be painful, but I also know that other dentist will do things to minimize the "discomfort". I have had dentist apply a topical anesthetic to the gum before putting in the needle. I have had dentist put the needle in just a little and inject a little anesthetic before moving the needle further. And I have had a dentist jiggle, or something like that, to my jaw as they insert the needle. And, I have had some do multiple things like that to make the experience more tolerable. Not like Dr. Abt, who just seemed to put the needle in as far as he could to get it done with.

If I've got to SIT here and WAIT while my family member is being treated, AT LEAST PROVIDE A WI-FI PASSWORD so I can tend to/handle my business while I'm waiting. Sorry, but this is just basic customer service when you're demanding that the patients ride 'wait in office while they are being treated.' My husband came out to the waiting room when he was all done. He looked like was just put through hell. Blood all the way down his shirt, and that look of "Get me out of here" NOW. Jordan Campbell had indeed extracted the 10 teeth!! But it was brutal. My husband told me that he chocked on a tooth that got down his throat. He was able to cough it out...the tooth and the blood hit the floor ahead of him! The staff did absolutley nothing to help him. Not even asking if he was alright! Thank goodness we never have to go back there again!!! If your into pain, this is the doctor to go to. But if you want a caring dental practice, go anywhere but here.

We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! I had earlier seen good reviews on here for Dr. Seth, so even though his office is 30 minutes drive from home, in desperation I called to see if they could work my husband in? They surely could! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there. Sometimes you DO get what you pay for!

My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody.
