My 3 month old has had so many issues and the office can never get him in. When I call the solution is for me to take my three month old to an urgent care or emergency room. It is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I call to schedule an appointment, I'm placed on hold for over five minutes--every single time. When we arrive for appointments, whether we're on time or early, we're always left waiting in the lobby for at least 20 minutes. Once we finally get to a room, the wait for Dr. Ranulu is often 40 minutes or more. What's even more concerning is that the doctor frequently walks in without knowing which child he's supposed to be seeing. It's clear that the nurses have given him the wrong notes on multiple occasions. When I ask him questions about my children's health, especially when they're sick, his answers are vague or uncertain--often saying things like "I think so." Honestly, the nurse practitioner seems to have more knowledge and professionalism than Dr. Ranulu himself, which is disappointing considering it's his clinic. I expected better care and communication from a pediatric office, especially one we've trusted with our children's health.

I have often seen providers hanging out in their office twiddling their thumb. avoid this location at all costs. my kids were with mychildrens and when they sold all their patients to mdkids I figured we might as well stay because my 18 year old has been with them since birth. this will be her last visit, she could continue care until she is 19, but the level of incompetence and lack of respect for patients time is infuriatin.

We were seen on Christmas Eve, after my two year old wasn't getting better from being seen the Friday before and diagnosed with a viral infection. No tests were ran and nothing was given, aside from the advice to let it run its course. I was already using a humidifier, honey for coughs and keeping her isolated from groups and they just told me to keep doing what I was doing. Well the Monday of the following week, her symptoms continued and she started spiking a fever. Her normal pediatrician was booked and couldn't get us in that day and they were closed on Christmas Eve. I decided to take her to this location, for a second look/opinion. The male Dr who I believe is Dr. Mancia, was very informative and helpful and even though her symptoms were going on a few days, he still tested her for flu, rsv and covid and she ended up coming back positive for rsv- which completely overwhelmed me as a first time parent of a child who has only been sick twice. He provided me with a lot of advice and things to do to ensure the rsv didn't move into her chest and prescribed a breathing machine when I asked about one. I felt my concerns were listened to and taken seriously, even tho he did agree with the previous urgent care I took her too, stating no testing or medication was necessary for a viral infection. I'm especially glad she was tested and we were given a diagnosis, because had I of not known it was rsv we would of celebrated Christmas the next day with my parents and brought her around my immunocompromised father. We spent Christmas alone as a family while we waited out her contagious period and while that was sad, at least I had more information on her diagnosis and kept her away from getting others sick. I appreciate Dr. Mancia and the fact that he didn't brush my concerns and emotions off, because upon hearing she was positive I did freak out a bit and he reassured me her chest sounded clear and he doesn't anticipate her getting worse. The only minor complaint I would make, was the front desk wasn't very warm at check in- but it was a cold, Christmas Eve morning and they had a lobby full immediately after opening and a lot was going on to get everyone checked in and separated. I would definitely bring my daughter back, if her pediatrician isn't available. Thank you guys so much!

I had a baby girl in Feb. of this year and thought it would be perfect for my daughter to see my old pediatrician- and perfect it was! It's such a nice office. I just love the atmosphere. They have separate rooms for sick children and well children which is always great to see. The staff are very friendly every time. It has been so easy to book appointments especially with my complex schedule. They always get me in perfectly. It's a good feeling to have my baby girl in good hands. Dr. Sejour-White is very nurturing. She is knowledgeable and attentive to my child. Everything you would want in a pediatrician.

They are all about money and not in it for the kids. Front desk staff tall girl I think her name is Angie don't even look up at you and say hello when you first come in and sign in. The nice older lady that did say hello I have not seen her there maybe she got smart and quit. The tall girl that is the assistant I guess does things medically that I don't believe she is licensed or trained to do. Dr. Sejour is full of smiles but empty on medical knowledge. My child continued to be sick after seeing her 2 times for same thing I called and told the "nurse" who is not a real nurse and all they said is go to Emergency room. Instead of her taking the time to figure out what is going on with child. The wait for Doctor to visit room is so long after she finishes she is gone out the room and don't want to be bothered with you anymore. Dr. Sejour talks fast and seems to get annoyed when you ask questions because you don't understand because she talks so fast. I was more confused after seeing doctor then i wz before i went. I think they over book appointments. I would never go back there again and I would advise anyone else considering this doctor office to put the care of your child in a Doctor and staff's hands who cares and is just not trying to look the part. Oh don't get sick on a Fri or after hours your screwed. You have to pay to talk to on call nurse although there is no nurse on staff. They work half a day on Fri and could care less if your child was on the front door dying they would lock doors and start there weekend.

I met Dr. Batson and I liked her as soon as I saw her and talked with her. She seemed to be so sweet and caring. She listened very intently to my concerns. I appreciate having a doctor listen to me and not rush in and rush out. So far, I have no problems are concerns with the doctor or the staff. They have been really thorough and wonderful. I hope and pray Dr. Batson and the staff will be my go to provider for a long time to come. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!!!
