Having looked at the menu, it was obvious that the owners of this brand new cafe knew exactly what they wanted out of their business. They wanted food which was soul-touching and mouth-watering, and they wanted you to wash that down with bold and defined drinks. The menu, as you can see from the picture, is simple.
