Brooklyn's Burger Bar Espresso (now abbreviated to Brook's BBE) is a modern, delicious and inviting new burger join, and it's calling your name. Let's start with the food. Having looked at the menu, it was obvious that the owners of this brand new cafe knew exactly what they wanted out of their business. They wanted food which was soul-touching and mouth-watering, and they wanted you to wash that down with bold and defined drinks. The menu, as you can see from the picture, is simple. Do you want beef, pork, chicken, or fish? Then, do you want sidewinders, beer battered bad boys, wedges or gluten free fries? And finally, do you want coffee, alcohol or something else? This progression of choices, followed by the delivery of fantastic quality food makes this cafe a must experience. And how about the atmosphere? If the previous paragraph has convinced you to go check out this burger place, I'm sure you're now asking about what you can expect. Well, the atmosphere at Brook's BBE is equally fantastic. The cafe features an open plan with both indoor and outdoor seating, making the management of noise and privacy very good. Having sat outside with a couple of friends for a long overdue catchup, we felt like we could be ourselves without feeling like we're intruding on someone else's lunch -- and equally for other customers as well, people who sat closely to us looked like they were having a fantastic time but we weren't bothered by any intrusive noise. Then, after you've finished devouring your food and having a fantastic time with your company, you can walk out and into the courtyard of the new town centre, where attractive boutiques and desert cafes are present. Brook's BBE is a fantastic addition to the area of Thrumster. Being completely brand new, it is attractive, modern and serves amazing food. Generally, I'd give a tip on what I think was the best dish, but in this case I honestly don't think you could go wrong. Residents of Thrumster, you're very lucky, it's not often that you have immediate access to a fantastic burger joint. And for the rest of us, if you're physical body is anywhere near this place, make sure you visit. It is Heckin' Good.
