These are not the miniature, no meat rip offs that you'll find at Hot Rods or City Wings. These are full bodied, crispy wings that are moist, juicy and have a great crunch. 10 wings is enough for a nice meal. The ownership is awesome and accommodating. I always get mine with tons of Creeper sauce, and they always oblige me free of charge or hassle. This is mostly a carry out spot, but if you'd like to sit down and eat, you're more than welcome. Overall, I would consider this one of your higher quality and value wing spots in Detroit due to the size and quality of the wings you're getting. I can't wait to try more flavors. I never knew what that meant until we went in and I read the back of the menu. My wife said people recommended this place on the state park camping fb page. So we finally tried. First off I'm not a big chicken fan but I think I will declare this the best chicken on the bone I have ever eaten. The "Chicken in the Rough" dinner is outstanding. It had a great flavor. I had the Traditional Dinner. It was a half chicken with fries & coleslaw & a dinner roll. I loved it all but didn't try the slaw I'm not a fan of that stuff. She had Chicken Tenders & Waffles with Honey & Pecan syrup on the side. I tried a bite of tenders it was very good but didn't have the same coating as mine so not AS good. I didn't try the Waffles but she said they were good. I would definitely get that Traditional Dinner again. I unfortunately didn't think to take a picture of our meals. Lots of food for both of us. Only downside I'd say is Pepsi products. There is a full bar though, but it was lunch so we resisted. The place says established 1936 it definitely had an old timey feel. I would guess 50's or 60's style but I wasn't around then so I'm just guessing what they were like. As always for Brian if he's still reading mine.... The napkin were two decent dinner napkins wrapped around our silverware, then a stack of cheapo diner napkins like you would have in a chrome dispenser on the table of a greasy spoon diner. I definitely was glad there was a lot of them, they knew I would need them. Don't hesitate to stop in I would recommend it for sure.

His fries with the extra fixins spilled out and the owner took care of it, making him a new order and telling the guy not to clean it, that he would. Chatham Wild Wing AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Went in with the attitude, it's new and it will take a while The manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen. We saw him grab a wipe rag from a lower shelf in a high traffic area then go and wipe the booth seats then same cloth wiped the table, no sanitizer no spray, just pick up the germs and dirt and spread it - after that table he did two more then put the rag back to use again (after a pandemic and in flu season let's spread those germs ) Then after an Hour we were told by the waitress our appetizer , not meal but our one appetizer will be another 20 to 30 minutes We asked for the manager and he said the same thing then he became a belligerent and argumentative man. He continued to come back to our table to confront us and argue So yes the app came it wasn't bad but took an hour and 15 minutes then of the three orders one came out and so wrong, the order came with fries there were no fries, the wings were dill not hot blue cheese, very big difference. Brought this to waitress attention and told I was wrong they were what I ordered had another person taste it, yup tasted dill I hate dill. So no fries no wings and the ribs were cold - not their problem it was me and they offered no resolution except confrontation and escalation Next our vegetarian gets a meat sandwich not the mushroom and onion she ordered, again our problem And all came with a very very confrontational manager(s) Everyone was in too much of a hurry to talk to you This was not just us as we left we meet another couple leaving with the exact experience but they were there from 6 pm to 8:30 pm with the same results Our night ended well we went next door to Korean Fusion and the Park family and staff treated us like family and the food was great . So pass on wild wing if you want great wings and a better quality and wonderful staff drive 10 minutes more and go to the Central Tavern you will thank me or go next door to Korean Fusion and enjoy a great dining experience
