I had to keep telling her that I already knew that... I think clarity is crucial for something as important as taxes, and this felt quite exasperating. I'm also not impressed with the H&R Block Mastercard. I just wanted a cheque so I could pay some bills/debt, but the card was pushed on me and I was so tired of the back and forth that to my regret I accepted it. Next year the card will be the only way they return money. I'm trying to get a statement summary and having problems with the website. If I call to even speak to customer service, they charge for it. Doesn't sound like good business to me. I thought H&R Block would be easier but next time I'll just use Turbo Tax.
