There was little to no response to numerous information requests. We did try to explain on the phone how a slip reporting works but after being asked to do something "off-side" we then offered numerous in-person appointment times, all of which were ignored. In the end, they said they finally understood and signed off, paid a bill that was 10% of what they are telling people. They were given ample opportunity in the 6 months it took them to respond to get more information. We don't know what else we could have done but we believe this comment is erroneous. Not the case, It was posted under my husbands name and we do our taxes together. I have emails with apologies of a new email program that may be the reason why I was ignored and my concerns overlooked and actually belittled. You cost me almost $2000. For the most basic of returns. This is a real complaint and it should not be removed. I am trying to warn others. I used this firm for 15yrs. And was completely shocked when I found out that status of the person who dealt with us in this way.

She was rude and abrupt. We have US taxes to be done and when tax time came, she tells us she won`t do the US taxes if you do not use her for Canadian taxes (which we do ourselves). She could have said that over the phone. Dealing with her was a total waste of time and she left a very bad taste in our mouths.
